As an aside, don't things that are "analyzed and debunked" have to actually BE analyzed before they can be debunked?

Well considering that at least one of the authors claims to have "extensive experience dealing with the federal criminal “justice” system" and because that experience seems to consist primarily of being a criminal defendant and spending time in jail, my analysis is that the authors don't have any clue what they are talking about.

Uh, perhaps one of the most fundamental aspects of American jurisprudence is that the evidence of any expert is first subjected to rigorous vetting as to expertise, qualifications, credibility and bias.

Sorry Rolf, your and your thug pal's lengthy involvement in the criminal justice system does not satisfy the above standards. You have been measured and found wanting.

Yes, the linked article is worthless because the authors have no experience whatsoever in analysing the legal pleadings they are addressing.

Plus, Barrett is a later day Robespierre. In fact, you may wish to read Robespierre, The Fool as Revolutionary – Inside the French Revolution.

But I'll set up a google news alert just in case this silly little exercise does not remain as ignored by everyone as it has thus far.

I wonder what KSM would say when told an american 4 x convicted (probable alcoholic) drunk driver thinks he didn't do 911 and is working to get him released.
