FYI, Orly has formally tossed her ex lover Charles E. Lincoln III under the bus in Florida in the Rivernider Mortgage case.

So much for “Lawyers in Love.”
Of course the next question is this: Will Charles Lincoln return the favor by admitting that he engaged in the practice of law without a license with the express and tacit acknowledgement and consent of Orly?
If he does so, it will definitely cost her her law license. He really has little to lose at this point.
Even if he doesn’t, her license is in jeopardy as it stands. Since Charles was acting as her law clerk, he was nominally under her supervision and her responsibility. I suspect that the state bar court will be looking at this very carefully.
