Okay. Okay. So a grand jury, a state grand jury is supposed to be able to invoke federal charges against the President? Do none of these nutters realise that even if the grand jury attempted to arrest Obama for treason a federal court would immediately over rule them. What part of "only Congress has the power to remove a sitting president" do these people not get?

Whatever. I doubt a grand jury would be that stupid. What is sad is the vieled threats of the birthers in considering anyone who doesn't agree with them a traitor.

I am really getting to the point in which I want to start screaming that "de Vattel is not a source of Constitutional law!" Do these idiots never stop and ask why if English Common Law was the common law of all the colonies why the framers would suddenly stop, ignore it and than pick up the writings of an obscure European philosopher and use it as the basis for Constitutional law and never mention it in the associated writings?

I mean we know about English Common law in the colonies, hell many justifications in the revolutionary writings were argued from common law; but no...de Vattel is a the source that should not only be taken as higher than Blackstone, but higher than American Common law, US case law and the Constitution itself.

To be fair, with the economy the way it is, no paper is going to turn down advertising unless it is for something blatently illegal.
But it says something about the Birthers that they are targeting the Moonies.
