The VFF Test is On!

...snippity...

You are just a rude person. I have no intentions of giving people medical diagnoses based on any of my personal intuition. Medicine is an exact science, and relies on objective conclusions made by its practitioners that can be confirmed and agreed on by all who practice it. Personal or subjective ideas, regardless of how accurate, have no place in medicine. Just the way it is.

...ahem...

Dec 6 08: I used this ability on a new person who I had just met that day and I had received absolutely no information about his health condition. From what I perceived he was in very healthy condition. I detected two highly unusual anatomical traits; the threshold from the stomach to the pyloric valve was set much higher than in most people, and I also saw that the kidneys were significantly larger than most people. He is half Native American and perhaps there are racial differences. I saw that the wall of his heart was very thick to a point of being a serious health concern. The wall of the heart had absorbed a particular type of oil which' source is his food, almost like a sponge designed to soak it in. If this were to continue the heart wall would become enlarged to the point of compressing the large artery through which blood enters the heart and leading to a heart failure. I told him about this and said that so far when it has been possible to check my information against facts I have not been incorrect yet and that therefore I need to share this information with him. I was concerned of expressing such a significant health problem and feel responsible to acknowledge that if I am incorrect it is serious having given false alarming information.

Given the circumstances bolded above, it is only reasonable for people to be concerned about your behavior.

I still find it interesting that I knew Dr. Carlson is missing a left kidney, and that I knew the accuracy of my answers beforehand. So I will have another test. And that is all I have got to say about that.

Oh, dear lord please let that be all you have to say!

Except maybe an acknowledgement that you failed and there is nothing in the least bit interesting about the results of the guessing game, and that long overdue apology to all those people you crapped on by lying before and after your freak show?

With all due respect, there is absolutely no way to prove/disprove you knew Dr. Carlson was missing a kidney to anyone but yourself. This should be written off publicly as it is subjective. I fail to see the reasoning behind publicly declaring this.

Was she sighing or muttering to herself or anything that would have made it harder to sit still?
I'm pretty sure I would have turned around and said "WTF is with the chair moving?"

The weird thing about the chair was that we didn't know what it was. It sounded huge and frantic. Backstage everyone was talking about it. Music stand? Table? What the hell was that?

LOL, I took a break and when I came back there were THREE chairs!!!!

That's just the tip of the iceberg.

What Anita consistently fails to grasp is that she has already practiced as a psychic. How many anecdotes of "medical diagnosis" has she described - 8? 9? If any of those are true, then she has practiced as a psychic.

She repeatedly justifies this by saying she has never charged money for her "diagnostic ability". So what? The potential for harm isn't any less because she didn't get paid.

She also justifies it by saying that she only utlizes her 'ability' on 'family and friends'. Again, so what? Her family and friends (the Earthly, non Arcturian ones, anyway) are still human beings. The potential for harm still exists.

One 'friend', as you noted above, Empress, she diagnosed after having just met him that day. She justified THAT by saying he "became" a friend. Again, so what? As I recall, that was the one she gave completely erroneous infiormation to by telling him that the tissues around his heart were "saturated with peanut oil", and if he would simply cut peanut oil out of his diet, he would be fine in the future. What the hell kind of advice is that to give to anyone?

"I'm sorry, Bob...Joe...Hal...whatever your name is. My spidy sense tells me that you are at risk for a myocardial infarction. Don't worry, though. It's cool. Just cut peanut oil out of your diet. You'll be fine. But don't take me seriously, even though I just told you you could be dead in a week...and if you do take me seriously, remember that I'm not a 'practicing' psychic, I didn't charge you for this advice, and we've been 'friends' for half an hour, so you can't sue me."

She offered her 'services'-of an untested, unproven, imprecise 'ability'-to an online migraine group. She's expressed interest in having her own radio show and 'diagnosing' celebrities and call ins. She's advertised giving paranormal 'readings' on her website in exchange for 'expenses'. She's offered to draw babies in the womb, among other things, in exchange for a small fee. She repeatedly references the amount of money that Brent Atwater makes and repeatedly suggests that she could be making the same. She has announced plans to start a paranormal investigation website. Most significantly, when she first came to the JREF forum, she specifically asked members how to write a waiver to relieve herself of legal culpability when, not if, she took her show on the road (a debate that quickly died when she realized that wasn't a kosher question to pose on the JREF forum).

Her claim that she will never become a practicing psychic is meaningless, when she herself has already revealed for the lie that it is.

Ha! Maybe that was it. I was in the third trial and I don't understand how Anita could have been tired. Because that damn chair was everywhere! Soon as you started to zone out *thump, thump, squeeeeek, drag, thump!* Sounded like the elephants from Fantasia.

And, poor Senex is still waiting to do the haunted motel rooms test.
He will never get on Anita's ghost hunting TV show the way things have stalled.

LOL Bookitty, good post. Maybe she got tired dragging all three chairs around. At least GeeMack was considerate enough to suggest they get her a rolling chair. Bet he never got any thanks for it.

How fascinating you were in trial 3, is there any more subjective experiences as a participant you can tell us about?

Actually, I find that interesting, as well. But then, false memory and confabulation is a fascinating subject.

I'm not the one with a diagnose of schizophrenia.

Not the one with the diagnose.

Not the one who is schizophrenic.

Well, you can't be diagnosed until you see a mental health specialist.

If you see one, and have them read all of your post here and on your website, and they still give you a clean bill of health, that would indeed entitle you to claim you don't have a mental illness. Until that time...not so much

Your writing seems to become more and more erratic, incoherent and belligerent. I also notice you quote yourself verbatim a lot while at the same time claiming to have no time to respond. It seems you are having a difficult time. I would suggest you step back a while.

Since I am not involved with the IIG, I only saw the action afterward. If you have any specific questions let me know.

They were very good about not discussing any medical issues upstairs and the food was great! There was a super-friendly atmosphere going on, lots of laughing. I wouldn't be surprised to see volunteers at the next IIG meeting.

One of the volunteers was a bit more believer-ish. She swore she could feel warmth when she was being looked at. Funny thing, I felt sort of the same thing. I was trying to get info about VFF while I was onstage. All I had to go on was shadows. I started to notice that when VFF was on the sides of the stage, my back would get warm from the stage lights. When I pointed this out to the believer, she agreed but seemed bummed.

Oh and I got a migraine later that night. It's funny now.

It's amazing to watch your delusional mind at work. You're slowly but surely convincing yourself about what happened. You get more confident with each telling. It was the same way with Dr. Carlson's kidney. There was no indication at the time about your "success." It was only a few days later that you made your claim.

And then what? It was six months later when you finally convinced yourself that this "strongest perception yet" was worthy of submitting to the IIG to be tested. During the intervening period you still conducted a couple of studies and planned yet another study. You canceled that study because you said the kidney claim was just too powerful and no more studies were needed.
I think Yimmy is on to something here. In this very thread we have seen VFF evolve from this being a perfectly fair test. Which means she did not know the results. Then at the end of each test, she expresses some vague sense of how she did. After the test is over, she then claims to "know" how she did in each test. Finally, and utterly amazingly, she claims (#1539) "And I knew the accuracy of each trial beforehand" and "All it is, is I feel kidneys when I look at people, and I know the accuracy beforehand." My bold.

Here, in slow motion we see how Anita comes to her justifications of her "powers". It also perfectly explains the "knowing" of Carlson's condition. She rewrites history in her own brain as time goes on, each progressive step becoming very, very real to her. NO WONDER she claims she doesn't have false memories. With her approach to reality, it is actually true.

It would have been a good experience, did Anita mention you as a subject at any stage? Like, were you nearly the chosen one?

which is exactly how memories and more specifically false memories are formed. It's just rare to see someone so taken in by a normal process and have no feedback loop for herself to check if her experiences have a base in reality
