ETA: My first reaction to this picture was actually: What an awesome fountain design. Especially if when they turn it on, all the water sprays out of the megaphone.

I disagree. I think it emphasizes exactly how pathetic he is. He's trying so hard to be the center of attention - literally standing in the center of a giant swirling pattern - and yet, even the little kid realizes he's enough of a douchebag to just ignore him.

Isolation not only of his physical body, but of his ideas. That's the Truth he's actually spreading.
