Tasers are lethal weapons, and should only be used in lieu of even more lethal weapons. Since so many cops are apparently too dumb or evil to figure that out, we obviously need to get tasers the hell out of the hands of these bullies-in-blue. And since rogue cops operate with complete impunity in almost all US jurisdictions, we need to start posting their home addresses and phone numbers on the internet as a deterrent to this kind of behavior. If anyone can obtain this officer's address and phone number, feel free to either post it as a comment, or give it to me and I'll post it.

Which, unless they drive a cop car home, can be difficult to do. Most police/leo/emt/even firefighters have a FOIA exemption. I have one, and when you search for my name on homeowner records online, you get nothing, even though I have owned my home for 3 years.

That is somewhat disturbing either way. Someone should report that to the local authorities
 
I always have to laugh at the "tasers are cruel, evil, blah blah blah..." crap. The air taser was created so police officers have an incremental step in force between their OC/pepper spray, and their firearm. I've asked people who think tasers are terrible things what they would rather be hit with, a taser stun gun, or two .40 cal hollowpoints through the chest. I always get that typical dumb look, and no answer. Take away the tasers, and the police go directly from pepper spray, to firearms in most encounters. The air taser is an option that fills a huge gap between the OC and the gun, and has saved many lives.

Actually no. The DoI establishes no legal precedent except that the social contract between the Colonies and Britain was dissolved and why. It explains inalienable rights that are believed to have always existed. Social contract theory, which is the premise behind the DoI, contends that the govt must protect its citizens as long as they follow the laws. The citizens in turn must follow the laws as long as the govt does its job. Your rights are limited by public and individual safety. Traffic laws provide for both.

PfT's Balsamo has advocated putting bullet in the head of 9/11 "Gov't Loyalists" and on the CiT site they post the true identities and personal info of their detractors.

I think Emerson did a few autos with Benchmade before the spilt. I don't think the CQC7 was offered as an auto, but I think there was a black ti coated spear tip that was.

I think the most common is the Glock .45 cal. Bullets though?? No telling.
Second I would GUESS could be the Glock .40 Cal, or the 9mm. Who knows.

Either way, he got exactly what any other John Q Moron would receive when running from the police while trying to get a handgun.
