I just found this curious, not sure why. I could click and see, but decided instead to just ask what everyone else has to say. I presume these are ranked in order of poularity, so why are so many people googling Gadaffi bodyguards? Are they? Is it some majorly popular punk band in Australia? Does this belong in this forum?

I realize I misspelled it. Oops. And if it's not okay to display google screen caps, apologies for the moderated image, but just type "Gaddafi" into Google.

I say, why settle for second-hand opinion, when you could click and see for yourself, and have an opinion of your own, informed by facts you actually acquired through your own research?

It says all his bodyguards are virgin women and I don't understand why. I like the whole befuddled thing as much as the next guy but sooner or later I'm going to want a woman who knows how to pull the pin on the grenade when we're in the kill zone.
 
I only saw the first response and thought it was a joke. It's good to learn though. That Dangerous Minds article is interesting; If those bodyguards follow him around everywhere, it might be related to his penchant for 'pitching a tent wherever he goes.' ;) I'm so behind I also didn't realize Gaddafi's been calling for the abolition of Switzerland. It is a weird little country, but I'm not sure what his gripe would be in particular. Dealing with Mebo and Herr Bollier for so long might be contributing factors (some details here)
