Merged National Geographic Special - "9/11 Science and Conspiracy" Debunks Thermite Myth

People do a lot of weird stuff on camera. Editors usually cut stuff like that out, unless they have some reason to make the subject look bad.

Except he did it in the background when another truther was speaking, I suppose they should have cut him out as well, couldn't have hurt, actually it would have helped.

From our point of view one definite upside to the NG broadcast is that the original small 14-16 foot hole in the Pentagon is now officially on the record. Justified by their piece of pipe no less. We will see when it comes to the nose of an aircraft with an aluminium fuselage as thin as 1 mm. [25 mm in 1 inch]

The original hole in the Pentagon included 90-100 feet of missing front wall brick and concrete surrounding the 18 foot daimeter hole, bill.

How do you justify ignoring that?

I get the impression from watching it that Avery was looking at Gage and DRg and thinking,

"OMG, these guys really are nuts!"

TAM:D

Bill doesn't really understand the relationship between mass and velocity all that well. I don't think he'll get around to realizing he's incompetent.... ever... :)

Editing is extremely subjective. Even still, I didn't see DRG or Gage acting particularly strange or paranoid. I said earlier in this thread that Gage is not an effective public speaker. I'm also not surprised that they gave far more time to Avery than to Jones.
I'll be honest myself... It can be very tempting to make fun of their expressions but IMO it's really not their on-camera antics which bug me. It's Gage's and DRG's lack of professional understanding and outright dishonesty. You see Gage as an ineffective public speaker -- fine -- what are your impressions about his content? I suspect my impressions are heavily divergent from yours but I'm interested anyway. I asked the "sock" a few pages back but he hasn't returned...

What you dont' think they were "exposed" as the frauds they are?

Amazing that you have two sets of levels of proof... absolutely amazing, i am shocked, SHOCKED I tell you.

So it was a kind of hole-in-a hole then ? lol

Jeez, not that stupid picture again.

BILL!! ARE YOU LISTENING!! That picture proves NOTHING!! Nothing at ALL!!

Yes but I think I will carry on showing it from time to time. It helps me to illustrate various points I want to make and the readers can use their own judgement for themselves.

Speaking of looking bad RedIbis, what do you think about all the remains of Flight 77s passengers and crew found inside the Pentagon, and identified via DNA testing?

You keep flying away from this question for some reason...

It's been discussed to death and it wasn't covered in this production, so why do you keep bringing it up?

RedIbis avoids answering a direct question. There's a shocker!

Actually, it wasn't an MIT guy, it was this guy:

who talked about this diagram:

In yellow the remains of the pilots, in blue the passengers.

Care to explain this Red?

Bill,

How does it support any of your dirt-dumb conclusions?? It doesn't. At all. Ever.

It shows that the eggshell nose of a modern jetliner could never penetrate 18'' of steel reinforced concrete (6 consecutive times) or pass through a line of 14'' x 14'' x 3/8th inch braced steel box columns or effertlessly lead the 155-foot body of an airliner down through mineral soil so that even the tip of its tail was covered and it looked like no aircraft had crashed there. I include a hyperlink so that you can see the picture again to see what I mean.

There's no other possible result when just one side has all the facts and evidence and expertise, and the other is a collection of dropouts and loony tunes.

Perfectly put. And it's a testimony to the health of our culture that we tolerate the presence of those who insist on incorrectly interpreting the events of a national tragedy.

And a further testimony to the freedoms provided by our societies that such malicious fools can put up countless websites, publish books, videos and DVD's, fly around lecturing their noxious claptrap and even show up on 9/11 screaming 'inside job'.

It's very convenient to protest against something which doesn't exist (the vast 'conspiracy' in the US military, political leadership, police, aviation industry and fire department). Contrast this with the costs of protest in China, Iran or Saudi Arabia where there ARE real tyrannies in control.

9/11 Truthers are the most pathetic bunch of whiners I can think of. Really pathetic. They have little or no respect for the truth or for science. That is a fact.
