Stop diverting from your lies. I have never claimed I believe Tri. I have not commented on his story. I have commented on the blatant lie you told and then were not honourable enough to admit it was false and retract it. It's like children dealing with being caught with the hand in the cookie jar.

And I'm very sure you can provide the citations which prove that Tri's story has been "exposed as a fabrication."

I know I've asked this several times in this thread, but what proof has Tri provided to support his story?

Well, primarily there's no support for his claims. His claims make almost no sense. He changed his story several times, and no one has been able to locate the arrest of a young man in Florida arrested for false imprisonment in an east coast county on that date, which really shouldn't be hard to do, nor would it include the victims involved.

I would say this is also consistent with the joy that many posters took in assuming the story was true so they could act out their violence fantasies, not because the story was supported but because they wanted it to be true.

Why do you even bother to ask? It wouldn't matter what Tri shows to support his story, you'll just reject it and call the proof a "fabrication". Why do you even involve yourself in discussions like this when you know that you will never believe anyone other than your fellow truthers? It sounds like a futile, desperate way of getting someone, anyone, to pay attention to you.

It was not exposed as a lie though. You have been exposed. Grow up and admit you made an impulsive false claim. The stalling and diversions are embarassing. Your integrity is at stake.

HE IS A MINOR YOU NUMBSKULL!!! You WON'T find it WITHOUT a court order. Der.

The only things that have changed is that I THOUGHT he was an adult, he was not in fact. Second was he was charged with a felony, then I asked them (SAO) to reduce the charges. So, how is that "Several times"??

Who acted out ANY violent fantasies?? Nobody that I know did?? Did I miss something somewhere???

BTW, I should have that information by the end of the week. When I post this, will you admit that you are a liar and apologize??

My guess (and, I suspect, the guess of most others as well) is that he won't. For Truthers, believing is seeing.

So even after the judge deemed him a threat to the community, they reduced the charges based on your opinion?

You also said he was held without bail. For how long was this minor held without bail?

If you can post the proof that this actually took place, then I will apologize. I said that when Hokulele set up some conditions, which never were met by you, so I will certainly do so if you can produce the proof.

I still have my doubts about what you'll actually produce. When I first asked you for some support, you cut and paste the Florida statute for false imprisonment. I'm not sure why you thought that was support for your story.

Yet again your lack of integrity does not allow you to see you should have done this already. How sad.
 
Red, They held him 21 days, which is pretty standard in juvie cases in Florida, unless its a minor offense, then its usually release to a parent or guardian. So yes, they held him without the option to bail out. I mean, if you or I would stand behind a car, yelling obcenities, calling someone you NEVER met in your LIFE a murder, you most likely would be baker acted and sent for psych evals.

Yes, they reduced the charges because when I met with the SAO, they said " If you would like, here is what we can persue...... I didn't want this kid's life ruined so early on just for one stupid mistake. This is actually pretty common here in Florida.

What would you like?? Original police reports?? I will send those to the MODS for verification. As soon as the case is considered closed. I still haven't heard anything about when that might be. In fact, Florida Today had an article about the backlogs in our local courts. I am sure this is not a unique problem. I will of course make sure to PM you and let you know its here. It will be sanitized to protect his identity and mine.

You made it seem like you couldn't believe that false inprisonment was a felony. Everyone else here pretty much thought the same thing. That is why I posted that.

You seem to have a problem with the concept of laws and Florida Criminal Procedure though, so I wouldn't expect you to understand.
