Arial is just a badly drawn font that's pathetically overused. It's really 'similar' to Helvetica but all the little details that make Helvetica great Arial gets completely wrong. For a couple of years now it's been a hobby for me to spot Arial and I got really good at it. I'm 100% sure here and would even bet money on it :)

But it's a moot point since it's obvious now the video is a hoax...

Well, RTL claims to have produced it. I've seen no evidence of that in the broadcast.

Now, if Jacko were alive, the whole memorial sales rallye would end and the record label would make a lot less profits. Jacko was on Epic, which was owned by Sony BMG until Sony and BMG (Bertelsmann Music Group) parted last year. I don't know the condictions but can imagine that BMG still earns from Jacko sales.

RTL is 100% owned by Bertelsmann! Need i say more? :eek::D

I haven't even watched that report or read anything about it because the whole subject is of no interest whatsoever to me. I'm in it for the typography :cool:

(and yes, the taillights are completely different as well. it's a hoax whether RTL produced that video or not. and since I'm a sheeple I believe 100% of what RTL tells me. so there)

Once again, a stunt I can't personally endorse. I don't know why people think that this is prodcutive. Instead, there are going to be people who are going to think it was real, not followup at all, and continue to think that for perhaps the rest of their lives. And for what? To show that people are gullible? We don't know that already?

It strikes me as the same as people who exploit bugs in games, and then say they are doing so to force the developer to fix them. Ya, sure you are.

I think these people are irresponsible.
 
Strongly seconded. I don't want to know how many Jackson fans suffered from this. I hope my followup CT gets spread widely so they have to swallow their own crap.

You're crazy. Lol. Side view, door open - angled view, door closed. I agree they got the font wrong. No big opinions on which is better but good to know i should think about it... Cool hoax.

ETA: maybe they are different, whatever.

Why on earth, if Jacko was faking his own death, would he bother going to the morgue?

He could have just stayed at home.

Well the doctor now charged (??) with killing Jacko would surely be shocked to see him alive. Could this video and an actor be used to psych the guy out? "Here's a video, Dr. ___ . Yep. Still alive and in commando training. Oh my the lights went out and the phone line's dead! Honestly though, who here really didn't see this kind of thing coming, that there wouldn't be people who refuse to accept the death just because the authorities said so?
