The missing organ is definitely the brain.

So where are we with all the claims now?

Kidney detection
Anita spent ages on that thread 'attempting' to develop a protocol with us - then ignoring all advice given. Then seeming to agree to a protocol. Then revealing she had already sent a different and rather poor protocol to IIG which they will discuss with her at some point.
She is waiting for them to set a date for the test, they are waiting for her to set a date for the test, and it now turns out no date will be set until the protocol is agreed. Which appears unlikely.

Crushed pill test
Anita on her website invited anyone to test her ability to identify crushed pills.
A thread was set up for her, protocols were suggested, Paperskater repeatedly offered to send the crushed pills.
Anita has refused to even post in the thread and has not referred to this experiment again.

Missing organ test
Anita has to start work on all her studies again so informed everyone she could not carry on discussing the kidney protocol due to studying commitments.
Then, bizzarrely, she suddenly introduced a completely new test - she intends to try identifying which organ is missing from someone a friend of hers knows. There will be no controls, no skeptics present, in fact Anita has not even responded to my question asking how we would even know if the test had really taken place.
Apparently she intends to contact this person at the weekend even though she is supposed to be too busy for experimental discussion.

The shoe test
Pup suggested a protocol in which Anita try to identify whether a shoe contained a foot.
Anita described this as 'a brilliant idea'.
A thread was set up for this, protocols suggested... once again Anita never responded, never posted in the thread, and pretended it didn't exist.


How genuine does Anita feel she is coming across these days when she claims she wants to investigate her abilities?

As others have pointed out, testing a FOAF--even in the presence of multiple skeptics--is completely meaningless. I predict we will hear of her "results" on this one.

About as genuine as she comes across when she claims she isn't doing any of this for attention.

I think JoeTheJuggler called it perfectly on this claim:

My prediction: she will report no success in an attempt to regain some credibility. It will turn out that the missing organ is something small (or otherwise unusual) and that's why she couldn't detect it, but come to think of it, she did see a dark spot blah blah blah. So even though she'll report a failure, she'll spin it as successful functioning of her x-ray vision though she failed to name the missing organ because of some other factor (other than the fact that her claim is bogus).
