linking "Jenny McCarthy" searches to your site, and hopefully reaching a new audience.

Not mine - more or less picked it up from reading the threads about the takeover of RSL's Stop Sylvia Browne site. They are, I think, more or less consistently linking the new one as Stop Sylvia Browne, and it certainly makes sense when you think about it. Good luck with the admirable site. :)
 
Thank you! I finally found the time to edit the site. It's now new and improved and working much better. I have to find some way to link stopsylvia.com on the site. We haven't developed our own links page, and are thinking of categories. I'm sure there will be a skeptical/critical thinking area!

The header and logo is much better IMO. The whole things looks more professional now with the new color scheme and design.

Some of the formatting doesn't work when not using IE. For example, in Firefox the "Stop the trash talk Jenny McCarthy!" is not visible - it's under the orange horizontal line. Ditto some of the blogs listed under your "Blog Sites - stopjenny.com" links section (that has some blogs missing, btw).

Site finally updated a bit. I'm hoping I've fixed some of the formatting problems, but the software is kind of driving me crazy. Also, I don't know how to find out how many hits I'm getting. Judging from the emails I've been getting, there are some!

Well the Skep Doc (Harriet Hall) pointed out the McCarthy body count in the talk she gave at our last skeptics at the pub meetup in Seattle. Our meetup has had a full house the last several months running.
 
Oh yeah, we're linked to each other (body count and stopjenny). I've linked the body count on our main page, and we're on his links page.

I got Dr. Hall to sign my copy of her book at TAM!

The site is one of the tops on google, I am sure the message will get out now! Still need youtube presence.

I wish I could get my site that high on google.... *sigh.... lol!

The site doesn't render well in Firefox and I can send you a screenshot if you want. I use this: http://www.statcounter.com/ for tracking and it's free.
 
I had considered creating such a site, but I'm afraid that my knowledge in that area is not sufficient to take up such an important cause. Should anyone else decide to do so, I will be glad to lend whatever advice and assistance I can.
 
Thanks Robert. At least you definitely had a hand in inspiring the site. I still hope more skeptics follow your model and we start to see more "Stop"-like sites for every major player in the world of woo in the near future whenever people Google that individual's name.
