the "pests" as the fans are called are known for going after other message boards and just being pests

There will always be JFK Assassination conspiracy theorists. That doesn't mean an active, organized, well-funded, and influential JFK Assassination Conspiracy movement still exists.

I don't think most of the TMers know what to do with a Fundie in their midst, frankly. Note that he's generally alone, even in his great Camille routine at the end, the black t-shirt crowd aren't exactly patting him on the back saying, "Yeah! We're with you in Christ, man!" They're just standing around.

As to the impact that Katrina had on him? It was just time, IMHO. He's a bit of a sad sack looking for a cause and Katrina came along. How he turned Katrina into 911 Conspiracies might be an interesting study, and maybe when he gets some help, someone will do so.

The rest of the guys - from the OnA vids - I know them... I was one of them.... Not a 911 CT, but that's the same bravado-based nonsense all us 60s "revolutionaries" used to constantly spout. "I've read these real significant books* by people you never heard of, and I'm young and hip and smart and you're part of the establishment and just need to get educated so you can be even half as smart as me, you dumb non-smart person, you!"

I've noticed that the inverse is true. The 'establishment' Truthers rail against are Paganistic, involved in a complicated conspiracy to undermine Christianity and force everyone to practice Wiccan beliefs.

Or something...
