But as stated if the evidence was any good it would have also been enough to charge OBL with 9/11. IT DID NOT

But the trial was for Moussaoui, so it was good enough for his trial.

OBL is not on trial because he's still at large.

10s of thousands?

Many of the scripts would have to be handed out prior to 9/10 and they would all be customized and would tell people to do and say things that made no sense whatsoever until the big picture unfolded on 9/11. And nobody screwed up their lines.

And all these poeple would be guilty of participating in a crime

And any one of them could have cut a deal and gotten off easy by blowing the whistle.
 
why would OBL be charged with anything at this point? HE already is indicted for the OTHER crimes he's commited including the bombing of WTC in 93! THe govt, doesn't need evidence to indict obl for 9/11 - there is more than enough evidence to convict him of his PAST crimes that would put him away for the rest of his life (and/or getting the death penalty)
