Split Thread AA77 FBI Investigation [split from: AA77 FDR Data, Explained]

12. Where does the FBi or DOJ state there is not enough evidence that OBL was behind 9/11? Who said they cannot charge him for it? You saying so is not sufficient. Please provide evidence or I will assume, once again, that you are fabricating it.

Show me on the FBI most wanted list for OBL that he has been charged for 9/11.

3. You have NO EVIDENCE, ZERO, that the official story is untrue, in ANY WAY.

I have plenty of evidence that shows reasonable doubt in the official story.

1. Show me where they have stated that it is a lack of evidence against him, that prohibits them from adding that crime to the FBI MWT page on their site?

2. You have no evidence...you saying you do does not make it so...that is magic and genies.

The FBI confirmed in a recent statement (July 2006) that "The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on the Usama Bin Laden's Most Wanted page is because "the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11"

2. You have no evidence...you saying you do does not make it so...that is magic and genies.

You mean like i have evidence of the FBI only spending 5 days at the Pentagon crime scene?

More of the average time spent on any major crime scene.
What is the average time spent on a crime scene that has been cleaned up and everything is already known?
Well they would have to be looking for anything to tell them if and how many terrorist were on board.
How would they be able to tell when everything is comingled and most if not all of the evidence is stored elsewhere? Besides, they have the manifests and their data bases to do that.
They would be looking for any type of weapons or explosives.
Why would they do that when they already know exacty what happened based on eyewitness and physical evidence that points to an airplane slammed into the building and there is nothing else to rule out? When somebody is shot, do they look for a hammer when all evidence points to a gun?
They would be looking for anything that might show that the plane had problems before crashing.
That wouldn't be at the crime scene. That would be in the debris that was already moved elsewhere. Nothing in the building would give any indication of such. The eyewitness statements would indicate that would be needed. IIRC, there are no such statements.
Yes i know it takes longer then 5 days to look over a major crime scene.
Prove it. What is the average amount of time the FBI spends at a crime scene when everything is already known?

Keep on topic please. This thread is about the FBI investigation into AA77.

There is a separate thread for discussion of the NSA and the CRITIC.

Don't you get tired of seeing the same refutation of your falsehoods over and over?

From the 2006 Washington Post article:

"The absence has also provided fodder for conspiracy theorists who think the U.S. government or another power was behind the Sept. 11 hijackings. From this point of view, the lack of a Sept. 11 reference suggests that the connection to al-Qaeda is uncertain.

Exhaustive government and independent investigations have concluded otherwise, of course, and bin Laden and other al-Qaeda leaders have proudly taken responsibility for the hijackings. FBI officials say the wanted poster merely reflects the government's long-standing practice of relying on actual criminal charges in the notices.

"There's no mystery here," said FBI spokesman Rex Tomb. "They could add 9/11 on there, but they have not because they don't need to at this point. . . . There is a logic to it."

One of these days Kreel will likely need help from some of the many people he directly or indirectly accuses of being in on the cover up.

Lets hope it goes well. It probably will, because unlike him, they have honor and integrity.

Another one of those convenient win-win situations that truthers put themselves into. They're not really afraid to bash rescue workers, police offers, and other public servants, because the truthers know that these people still have to save the thruthers' asses when the time comes.

They did not start a crime scene investigation untill the rescue and recovery was over.

The FBI was at the crime scene but did not officially start the investigation untill the 21st. They continued to sift through evidence AFTER the FBI officially ended the crime scene investigation.

Can you show me another major terrorist crime scene that the FBI only worked on for 5 days?

What were they doing at the crime scene before the 21st? Just milling around?

I'll ask you again. Are you saying the the statement "The FBI assumed crime-scene jurisdiction at the Pentagon terrorist attack site Sept. 21 from the Arlington County (Va.) Fire Department, officials said." means that they started their actual investigation on Sept 21 and had done nothing since Sept. 11th when the attacks happened?

Just for you Ultima, I brought AAL77.COM back on line today. First, you can listen to this CID interview so that you can understand that you really have no clue what you are talking about in the OP.

NEIT 524

You will clearly hear the CID officer tell you that as of 1/31/02 (date of interview) that the investigation was still ongoing. He will also inform you that the FBI maintained crime scene control until EVERY piece of debris had been gone through by ATF, CID or others in the evidence collection process.

You may now visit the CMH interview page and find many more interviews with those who were actively involved in various aspects of the investigation and scene control. Do us all a favor and take time to read (or listen to) them in detail so that you have some idea of what you are talking about.

You shouldn't have gone to the trouble. If it doesn't fit his preconcieved notions then he will ignore it.

I had to. You will hear the CID officer having to correct the interviewer who makes the same errors as Ultima does. Why? Because the interviewer was not a law enforcement officer and had no clue how crime scene investigations are conducted. With Ultima making the same mistakes himself, makes you wonder about his 'federal law enforcement officer' claims.

Drat. I'm on my mobile right now and can't listen. Oh well. ULTIMA1? Will you have the integrity to listen to the interview?

Yes, the investigation was still ongoing BUT the FBI ended working the crime scene in 5 days as proven.

Source citation, please.

I have several sources.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24, 2001 – The FBI assumed crime-scene jurisdiction at the Pentagon terrorist attack site Sept. 21 from the Arlington County (Va.) Fire Department, officials said.

FBI officials estimate the crime scene investigation would last about a month, Arlington Fire Chief Edward P. Plaugher said. He said he expects "additional remains will be discovered during the course of the FBI investigation" and mortuary specialists will remain on site to process them.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26, 2001 -- The FBI handed over Pentagon crash site management to the Army Military District of Washington at 7 a.m. today.

The transfer of responsibility marks the end of the FBI's crime scene investigation following the Sept. 11 terrorist attack against the Pentagon.
MDW will oversee ongoing security operations around the damaged area of the building. FBI investigators will move their operations to the Pentagon's north parking lot and continue to sift through debris for more evidence.

http://www.epa.gov/compliance/criminal/homelandsecurity/911.html
On September 12, the FBI declared the Pentagon a crime scene, and EPA Special Agents were on the scene assisting in decontamination, gathering crime scene evidence (photography, videotaping, evidence gathering, etc.) and supplying other investigative and technical support to the FBI. In addition, EPA Special Agents assisted with body recovery and site safety until September 27, when the agents departed after the FBI returned the site to the control of the Department of Defense and FEMA.

U1 - Please explain what point you are trying to make by repeating the 'FBI ended working the crime scene in 5 days'.

It has been shown to you time and time again how the FBI's work continues.

Even if they only spent '5 days' on it - so what!??? I just dont get what the fuss is about?

You still have yet to prove that this wasn't enough time. You have yet to provide evidence of a similar terrorist attack where everything was known via eyewitness statements and the debris that was already moved from the crime scene to another location. So far, all you've given is, "because I said so." You have to do better than that.
