Kind of the same thing I asked in #1619. Irregardless of bone fides, U1 has claimed to have seen an actual document for which a FOIA request has been made. So it should not be too much of a risk or problem for U1 to stipulate whether the CRITIC was about an intercept and shootdown of flight 93 or was about an intercept of an airliner or something (but no shootdown).

I also pointed out that if the two proposals did not reasonably describe the CRITIC then I invited U1 to make a third proposal realizing that by doing so he would be stipulating that the "new" proposition as reasonably representing the CRITIC.

There are transcripts where the crew report the pilots dead. You missed this too and you have the vast resource of the NSA to help you? Crew said the pilots were dead; we hear on ATC frequency the pilots being killed. What does your boss say?

I am stating the fact that only some words in the document are classified, and upon reading the document i cannot see why the data by itself would be classified. There must be another reason such as the platform used to collect the data.

Therefore, the report was not a criminal investigation, but an accident investigation and the jurisdiction was given to the NTSB. .

The FBI spent a lot of time doing a criminal investigation? The NTSB also did criminal investigations. So therfore Flight 800 did have criminal reports done.

Also as stated i can find lots of reports on every aircraft crime scene and crash but hardly any on the 9/11 planes.

YES, as taken from and shown the public intenet states the critic says Flight 93 was shot down. But as also stated the actaul critic is not word for word as stated on the internet.

No they didn't. You have been told AND shown this many times. Stop repeating the lies. They told you, via FOIA, that Documents IN RESPONSE TO your request had been found. They did not say which ones, or which part of your request they related to. Given your request asked FOR BOTH the CRITICS and the follow up reports, the documents they say they have IN RESPONSE TO your request could be related to either, and may not be exactly either.

You chose to ignore this, and I am unsure why. You claim to be a rational adult, yet when people have shown this you chose to ignore it, or irrationally deny it.

The Flight 800 NTSB report is an Air Accident investigation.
