Actually if you read the letter it states that the document i specifffically aasked for about the intercept does exist.

Does anyone on a forum of people who think the government is controlled by aliens who have a soul catcher on the moon think Ultima works for the NSA? I bet John Lear does.
What makes me curious is what drives a person to run around the internet pretending to be an NSA agent. I'm guessing some kind of mental disorder.

1. You did not ask for a specifically document, you asked for
"A declassified copy of the CRITIC messages and any follow up reports from September 11, 20001 of the interception of flight 93".
They are merely restating, the exact wording of your request, NOT WHAT THEY HAVE.
After completion of their search for "records responsive to your request", they state that what they have found is not volumous or complex.
Where, WHERE, in that FOIA, do they state that (A) they have found the CRITIC messages, or (B) that they have found documents concerning interception of flight 93?
As well, you asked for a declassified copy of the messages. What makes you think, even if they do exist, that you will get anything but a white page full of "blacked out" areas?

Are we talking about the same letter, the one linked in the OP of this thread.
Nowhere does it acknowledge that any of your documents exists, only that they have obtained some documents that are "responsive to your requests".
It could be as simple as a letter stating,
"There was no interception of flight 93".
You see you asked for a few things in your SINGLE REQUEST. Their response is that they have collected documents "responsive" to that particular SINGLE request.

Why do you attack Lear, are you afraid of his knowledge and experience in avairtion? Like the fact that he has over 19,000 hours of flight time in airliners and has every certificate the FAA has?
Too bad you cannot debate his aviation experience. I guess you are afraid because his aviation knowledge does tend to outwiegh the fantasy world of the beleivers.

What we will see is 16.5 post his FOIA request when he gets it, followed by a claim from U1 that the information is not the same as the classified document he has seen...and then sit around for another 8-10 years and still do nothing.
Funny how he seems so concerned, yet does nothing. No whistleblowing, nada, zilch.

Ultima please address the comments I have made based on YOUR FOIA request. It is very important that you realize that you requested more than one thing in your SINGLE REQUEST, and their response of finding things "responsive" to your request, could be addressing any of the things you requested, not just the CRITIC.
They have NOT confirmed the CRITIC. Not at all.

Well first of all you should learn what an attack is. And I am not afraid of him, I mock his absurd nonsense. And you cannot hide behind his flight experiecne to make up for his complete lack of any credibility and his complete lack of ability to back any of his claims up.
We aren't debating his aviation experience. It's too bad you cannot debate the 1000s of looney claims he makes. I geuss you are afraid. Perhaps that is why you run around also making phoney conspiracy claims and making false claims about being an NSA agent.

Sorry to tell you there is a Navy base to test submarine weapons in Nevada. You might want to do some research before posting about things you know nothing about.

Not a whistleblower? What about this document you stated says that flight 93 was shot down? Your exact quote has been linked...your words...saying the NSA has a document saying flight 93 was shot down.
Where will you post this "truth" once you find it? Seems after all t his time, you would have some sort of website created, to show the world all the "truth" you have found.
You've already got a photobucket account....why not go the next step and post your "truth"?
