Hi Cuddles,
not that i want to argue with the mods, but I'm curious :
why my thread is less eligible for the MDC section than the "new experience" thread or "Greeting MD Claimants" thread?
Why move my thread now ? Is it because of my new avatar or signature ?
I think my thread is focused on the protocols for the MDC

You have been repeatedly told that your unclear claim and protocol as it stands is untestable.

Do you imagine that the Randi and the JREF are less perspicacious than the forum members?

I think you will find the opposite is the case.

Do you think that they might not notice the massive holes in your claim and preliminary protocol and let you perform an untestable test?

Making up new definitions of words is not going to make your claim and test any more worthy.


If you continue to ignore the advice given in this thread and wish to spend the time, money and effort to register a MDC - That's up to you - It's your money.

If you do - Start a new thread - What's the big deal?


With each post you write, I become less and less convinced that an honest MDC is your intention. I think your motives are less than honest.

First thread was discontinued and main discussion was relocated to same forum as your.Second is ablout greeting MDC applicants and therefore belongs there.

You may have stated it,but what Cuddles said is that you are not eligible for MDC(afdavit and media) you are not applicant and therefore it does not belong into MDC subforum.

To sum it,you are not applicant at the moment and there is no longer anything specific to MDC -> move.

Why, if you seriously intended to apply for the MDC, would you lie about not having the required media presence and affidavit? If you have both those things, then start a new thread, establish a clear claim and testing protocol, and take the MDC.

Exactly.In fact those rules are one of more important.There is nothing to gain by lying and once your application would be accepted,your name would appear in subforum of MDC and we would find out about your lies.

Tell us why you would lie in the frsit place?

I don't understand why reason1 feels like he's being punished by having his thread moved to the appropriate forum. The same thing happened to the "new experience" thread quite some time ago. He was given 7 pages to become an applicant, but he did not. If and when he does apply, he can certainly start a new thread. In the meantime, nothing has been deleted or censored. The entire thread was moved to the appropriate forum for non-applicants. There's no punishment. There's no "blaming me because I was honest." There's no blame, no punishment, no harm. It's all still here.

I don't mind at all my thread being moved anywhere in the forum but as i said i'm curious about it.
also some threads there are not even about whether being applicant or not.

No. YOU said you could have easily been lying about those two requirement. I'm simply wondering what purpose such a lie would serve, and why you would say you could have been lying if you weren't.

No more than abr's "new experience" thread or the "vision from feeling" thread. Everything in this entire forum could potentially be about the MDC. Any of the paranormal or pseudoscientific claims discussed in the JREF forums might lead to an application for the MDC challenge, but until they do, they belong in a different sub-forum other than the MDC sub-forum. You lasted 7 pages without applying. That's a feat in itself. Who knows how many more pages you'll get when you DO apply?

No. As Klimax and Cuddles already stated, you are not eligible for the MDC, you have not applied for the MDC, and, subsequently, this thread does not belong in that subforum. Many similar threads have been moved to other subforums. Yours is not unique.
