Talk Radio

And thus, through careful rationalization, your preconceived world view need not be challenged. That must make you feel better.

In other words, "Left, Right & Center" is all the programing needed to satisfy your claim that NPR has a show that is not really run by a conservative, but allows one to be on a panel. Great.

As lame as Combs was as a polemicist, FOX News gave him equal time with the blow hard, Hannity. NPR can't even consider giving a conservative their own show, much less having one as a true co-host. The only way NPR can countenance a show with a full time conservative is if there is a liberal moderator at the helm and two other liberals to pull on the port side oars. What is NPR afraid of?

As far as I know, weed is still illegal in the U.S. Do you have a doctor's prescription to grow weed on your land? I believe the individual state government is responsible for ordering the National Guard to do marijuana eradication searches.

I don't grow weed. I'm not real sure who pays for the helicopter flights and the humvee driving. Maybe it is the state; not the fed. Either way, it feels like big government intrusion of the silliest sort.

This might vary from state to state, but the efforts that I have heard of in California are federal operations.

The feds have come in and destroyed fields of specially bred hemp plants that didn't produce significant amounts of THC. The feds through one of the most ridiculous supreme court decisions of all time fought successfully to retain the right to overrule state governments and ban medical marijuana.

And its in federal prisons that little old ladies end up when the feds catch them using marijuana. I haven't noticed much state activity on marijuana suppression but I stand to be corrected.
