Say what you will, but I'm impressed that these people have published their personal information, knowing that there are unscrupulous people who would attempt to interfere with their personal and professional lives.

Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth

As medical professionals, we are dedicated to the service of humanity; to alleviating suffering, to improving health, and to preserving life. We are horrified by the terrorist acts of 9/11 and the senseless suffering and loss of life resulting from them.

[...]

We are not alone in our concerns about the validity of the 9/11 Commission Report. A group of 25 senior U.S. intelligence services and law enforcement veterans sent a joint letter to the U.S. Congress expressing similar concerns and their desire for a new investigation. Several very senior CIA veterans have called the 9/11 Commission Report "a cover up" and "a joke" and have called for a new investigation. Several former Republican administration senior appointees have called for a new investigation. Several U.S. State Department veterans have called for a new investigation. And dozens of former senior U.S. military officers have also called for a new investigation.

eh... throw that one in with the lawyers, & artists for truth... I'm not much inclined to consider their credibility when they are still using AE911truth to bolster their own with authoritative agreement...

I've already commented on this whole trend of "So-and-So for 9/11 Truth" that seems popular. My previous post's context was on Bishop Richard Williamson, but it still applies to this "Medical Whoevers for 9/11 Truth" group:

Disgraced and excommunicated priest... Pakistani intelligence officer... parade of entertainment stars... this is what the Truth Movement presents to us. Yet, give us one, just one guy with hard evidence, and all of a sudden, the TM isn't such a joke. Find a single cleanup worker, for example, who said "Hey, I found a detonator". Or a Morgan Stanley employee who said "Yes, the wall in our office was obviously opened, and stuff was moved around". A Shanksville first responder who said "No, the stuff we picked up was not from Flight 93", or better yet, one who said "Yeah, I helped plant the stuff there". Someone...

... When are we going to see the end of "Personage "X" believes 9/11 was an Inside Job", and when are we going to see the start of "Person "X" was onsite and planted the thermite". Or "Lt. "X" recieved an order that interfered with the Air Force's ability to act". Or something that isn't so silly that it's refutable with a simple Google search. Just something.

It doesn't matter that a group of professionals are willing to put their names to silly conspiratorial thinking. What matters is what they claim. It's always been, and it will always be about the claims themselves. And those claims lack backing. The fact that medical professionals make them cannot change that.

Dirt Dumb doctors for 911Truth. The best part, they can get help for delusions in their own group.

Dentist for truth; “Is it Safe”…

Dolts for 911Truth; no idea is too dirt dumb for us!

This is a rehash of the idiots at Patriots for dolt ideas on 911.

Who can forget this gem from fakefirefighters4truth?

Yes that is scathing, look at this radical description of a member:

"I'm a peace activist and an environmentalist, a board member at Philadelphia's Energy Coordinating Agency."

Obviously demented.

I don't think you understood the point of what you were reading. Also, there were a few questions in my post that you somehow managed to not see.

If truthists can just put together a few more "look at all these people with important jobs and degrees and whatnot that don't buy the 'official story'" appeal to authority lists and throw them onto the internet, they just might blow the lid off this thing. Or sell more merch; you know, whichever.

Because it bears repeating:
What's there to debunk? Have they made a new claim? Brought forth new evidence?

I'm still not sure why the Truth Movement thinks compiling a list of names is somehow an effective strategy.

All of these "[insert profession here] for 9/11 Truth" are under the umbrella organization "Idiots for 9/11 Truth".

It's true. :)

Because, Johnny, it's all they've got. They'll come up with more the day RedIbis produces the name of a single FDNY firefighter who thought there were bombs on 9/11 but changed his mind later after being told what to think.

I did catch this little gem from Dr Larry,

Larry Burk, MD
Essay 7/1/06: "The most plausible explanation for the incredible level of national denial even among otherwise well-informed, left-wing liberals, is that we have all been subject to a mass hypnotic trance induced by the carefully-scripted events on 9/11...

Alright then.

Alright then.

Sounds like Christophera.

Let's not be so hasty. One might argue the appeal to authority fallacy is a step up the ladder from the appeal to ignorance fallacy.

The rank-and-file truthers who make the videos, spread the nonsense on the internet and occasionally bullhorn on a street corner know on some level that the people they rant at will dismiss them because it's very apparent that the truther knows not of what they speak; they're simply regurgitating what someone else said or arguing from incredulity. So they compile lists of people with degrees, certifications and important-sounding job titles so they can wave it in people's faces as if to say "See, I'm not crazy! All these smart people who went to college and have [or had] important jobs believe 9/11 was an inside jobby job!" Also, they can use the same list to reinforce to themselves that they aren't crazy, gullible, paranoid nutbars; smart people with important careers and lives believe the same thing they do, usually based on watching the same pseudodocumentaries they did, so therefore the truther is also a smart, important and world-wise person.

tl;dr: appeal to authority, because everything else has failed and it's all they have left.

Say what you will, but I'm impressed that these people have published their personal information, knowing that there are unscrupulous people who would attempt to interfere with their personal and professional lives.

Considering that the average member's occupation appears to be "past" or "former", there's not much danger of that. I am amused though that they link to SPINE; that's an anti-Zionist site.

It's almost as beautiful as engineers who pretend to have multiple degrees when attempting to understand the complete nature of the collapses.

Are you sure that they have done it, as opposed to whoever is running the site?

Take a look at the Jeff King entry, for instance. Isn't that a picture of Mike Ruppert? I somehow don't think King would have supplied that, which suggests a) the information has been assembled by someone else, and b) not all the people involved have checked it to confirm it's correct.

that is all that RED has?
No wonder idiots are resting properly in my ignore list.
They got nothing but pure wet dream fantasies.
And we can hear it now....
" I won't answer questions if you don't respect me wha wha wha!"
