Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth

If it would take "hundreds, if not thousands of kilos of explosives to send a huge piece of steel flying hundreds of feet" then how did gravity do it?

Wow! Using formulas in physics, just like Gage and Jones could do it they took high school physics. You calculate the energy of the falling WTC is over 130 TONS of TNT energy in EACH building.

Think over 130 TONs of TNT energy is enough energy to eject stuff in the conflagration of falling!

This is easy stuff, Gage and Jones are liars, and they fooled you.

More than 130 TONs of TNT energy in each tower from gravity! Gage is a liar!

Take 2 or 3 rectangular erasers and lay them end to end, pick up between your thumb and index finger and squeeze. I don't know if that occurred in this case but it's one way that forces applied in one direction can be translated into movement in another.
Ah yes, the flick factor. Very creative but somehow I don't think it's possible to get 4 ton framing sections to behave as erasers or tiddly winks.

Having several steel columns stacked on top of each other and applying a massive load, the steel columns deform, is it outside of the realms of possibility that some parts could be ejected horizontally in a similar manner to the erasers? (I mentioned no tiddly winks)

For one, there was a lot of potential energy in the towers. You probably don't know what potential energy is. Look it up on wikipedia.
Key word here is "potential"

The question no one has [or can] answer is:

How do you convert that "potential" vertical energy into lateral energy?

Your question has been answered your refusal to accept it is nobody's problem but your own.

Why do you put potential in quotes? Do you think it is a term I made up or something? Also I've never heard of "vertical energy" or "lateral energy" before. Are those terms that you just made up? Your complete lack of understanding of science is showing.

No. First of all, the columns were not stacked on top of one another they were interlocking 3 column sections and had to be ripped apart first. There is simply no way a force pushing downward could rip these interlocking sections apart and then hurl them up to 600 feet laterally. Remember, that tremendous potential energy was spread out over a acre so there was not a tremendous amount of downward force on any given point.

There was an acre of column heads and the contact on all those occurred simultaneously?

Chris, sorry, but your opinion is in the minority. Why is it that you continue to argue with people who know more than you do about the subject? As a layman, until I see some real experts come to the same conclusions as you, you're just another conspiracy theorist arguing an untenable theory on a relatively obscure internet forum.

Thats a lie. for that to be true the towers would have to be a solid object spreading their bearing capacity over the entire floor. The load was transferred through the columns. Therefore the gravitational potential energy was focused on the cross sections of the columns.

Your question has been answered
No it hasn't

Is this more to your liking?

What is the mechanism for converting vertical kinetic energy into horizontal kinetic energy?

Do you know of such a mechanism?

Correct. My bad.

No. Most of the "acre" was air. The tremendous potential energy was applied almost entirely (barring air pressure) through points of physical contact.

But - are you now suggesting that high explosives were planted in the outer walls of the WTC, thus explaining the ejection of the outer wall sections? If so, why were such explosives planted when they would have so little effect on the collapse? And why would the perps give the game away by planting useless explosives in such a conspicuous place? Bear in mind that the outer wall was entirely lined with drywall and facing open-plan workspace. Significant explosive charges would have stuck out like a large sore thumb.

It's a crazy concept Chris, and one that isn't supported by any audio/visual evidence. Nor logic.

C7 is it impossible for gravity to make an object move in a horizontal direction? Yes or no.

130 tons of TNT. Jones knows this and tells a lie instead to fool you.
You are at a skeptic forum pushing lies.

E=mgh look it up.

Gage and Jones made up their ideas on 911 based on hearsay, lies and fantasy.

You have presented talk form Gage and Jones, no numbers, just delusions.

Get an object such as a ball. Drop it on an inclined plane. (maybe a book held at 45 degrees.) See what happens to the balls vector.
