Janos Prohaska, one of the greatest costume makers of all time, right up there with chambers. He designed suits for star trek.

John, no im not.

Rockin, I am not being childish. All i said was that if you have a problem with him, take it somewhere else, because i dont want to hear about it

Funny, I don't want to "hear" your very poorly thought out and unoriginal questions - but I made no mention of that until now.

By the way - love how you took the BFF mod's standard line (bolded above) and tried to make it your own.

Rockin, i wasnt aware it was those exact words? Thats an odd coincodence.

how are my question unoriginal? Why do you have to be hostile towards me? Because someone else insulted you?

As least the mood of this forum is holding true to form.

That said I have little patience for posters who post under different names in forums where similar if not identical topics are discussed. Makaya325 if your intent was to read the topics of discussion at BFF you don't need to be a member of that forum to read the posts. I applaud Longtabber, Bill Munns, Rockinkt for maintaining thier ID on both forums. I'll also include our friend Dfoot who maintained his ID until BFF banned him. Makaya 325 if you really want to have a true exchange of ideas with both sides of this issue try maintaining one ID for both forums.

For the record, I don't post on any bigfoot forums.

I do read a few, though. :D

Crow, a couple of them do in fact lock non-members out at times, so makaya's story makes sense in that respect.

In order to follow the Georgia bigfoot story as it unfolded, for example, one would have needed to register at a certain board.

The claim, iirc, was that the board could not handle a lot of guests...

Somewhere along the line I was reading about horses...
I had a horse some time ago, it was barn sour and along with some other undesirable dispositions...it was just plain nasty.
Rolled on me more than a few times. That damn horse probably would have killed a Bigfoot if he had met one. :)

I swear, if Patty is 5'10" or less, I've got all of my money on Roger Patterson being inside the costume.

Well, if you get right down to it, theres no reason he couldnt be. ( maybe he didnt like BH's performance and decided to do it himself)

Its been said BG filmed a part of the second roll- how do we know he didnt film the whole thing?

Its as valid a theory as any other- we only have their word that RP was the filmer

Well, Jack settles for 5' 10" +/- 1" standing erect. ( when I did it back on the other thread, I used a few different parameters and got 6')

The funny thing is, all CAD operators place the film subject squarely and consistently around 5'10" to 6 '. So if you get generous with the margin of error to account for alleged foot depth, standing straight, accounting for hair height and whatever and go +/- 4" from the middle ( 5' 11") you cover the range from 5'7" to 6'3"

Hardly "inhuman"

BG definitely did some filming at Bluff Creek that day, imo.

We know from the early radio interview that BG took the reloaded camera and rode off to find the tracks and look for relatives of Patty.

I don't know for sure, but BG probably filmed the trackway, too.

I'm sorry Kit ... Did you ( or someone else ) deserve credit for that ?

I only noticed WP referring to it that way, and it took me a while to figure out what he meant ..

It was me but hey, that behemoth is your baby. I just called it PGF 411 because it had 411 pages and I've been working with a lot of hip hop music since I was young. Give someone the 411 means to teach something (as in dialing 411 for information.)

Im sorry dio. I just dont have the time to read every page word for word

And we ( me anyway ) don't have the time or the inclination to bring you up to speed.

Nor do I. I'll tell you this once, Mayaka. You're into Bigfoot and that's nice. By all means join the discussion. But just think of it this way. Imagine yourself walking into a section of the library where some cats are having a heavy weekly discussion group on what... I don't know... Greek military history. There's a chair open and you're welcome to sit and join. You say the Romans were neat and ask what a phalanx is. Someone will hand you an appropriate book. If you don't want to read it or don't have the time, you're welcome to keep chiming in but it doesn't gaurantee that people will be inclined to further assist you when you continue to toss a few quacks in.

Best advice is listen and learn and don't presume that people haven't heard what you've heard 3 million times.

Probably, but i wish he had taken appropriate field measurements rather than pictures that really dont establish anything.

The PGF hasnt stood the test of time because its so "good" but because the film proper isnt good enough to get definitive information from and nobody who was there examining the scene or evidence had the training and qualifications to know what to do.

People can say what they want but being an "outdoorsman", forester, taxidermist, hunter or "bigfoot researcher" [ a meaningless title in and of itself because there are no established required training or experience standards] doesnt qualify anyone who was there to examine and record a scene properly much less perform a forensic examination of the prints.

RP...

Now, down by the creek, in the sand, where we first spotted her, her stride was from forty to forty-two inches from the back of the heel on the left side to the back of the right heel ahead; but when she got really going, she left tracks that measured sixty-five inches from back heel to back heel.

The problem is- thats meaningless and completely useless.

First, the rat is taking the cheese inventory.

Then theres no pictorial documentation of these measurements, no foot cone measurements, no lateral measurements, no depth measurements, no trackway measurements ( and the beat goes on)

Then there are no scene measurements to precisely locate the people present to the film subject or to known reference points ( and the beat goes on some more)

Just to document proper footprint forensics, it takes between 30-40 odd measurements ( depending on which school you went to or methos you use) and those are made over a series of tracks ( not 1 or 2)

Then theres the obvious problem that the "alleged" tracks dont show signs of mechanical locomotion or match the leg movements of the film subject.
