Bigfoot: The Patterson Gimlin Film - Part 2

I'm all for detailed illustrations,,, the more the Merrier.
A test with theoretical mathematics (applied to these foot impressions)
and practical experience. Would be fun to set up. (Done before for sure).
Should have been done in the first place. Now we can only guesstimate.
If I conclude from observations and measurements
any kind of proof, I'll post all my assertions in great detail .
I'm just not sitting in the "having the proof camp" just yet.
Am I headed that way, "Yes" if I get on the right trail.

I blame William Roe for all this... oh ya and Ray Wallace
Albert Ostman so on and so on.

Logic,

It’s all about the facts, get the facts straight. BTW, AM can travel up to 2-300 miles on a good day, say if someone’s receiving on a mountain top, much further at night. Amplitude Modulation is pretty slick.

It’s only about 550 miles from the site to Yakima with 90% on a major interstate, how long would that take you in what in my opinion is a one ton Ford Railway Express Agency Truck (late 50s early 60s), that would be a delivery truck specifically designed for a load.

Al Hodgson was the guy who called Patterson about the Labor Day tracks which is why they went down there in the first place. Al new Patterson, Al new Green and Al new the dog handler, Al was the authority of all things bigfoot in the Klamath Valley, where else would Patterson go with his info? If it was a hoax Al would be the perfect first mark.

BTW, no one knows for certain how long Patterson and Gimlin were down there, least of all Gimlin. It’s kind of been implied that it could have been up to 4 - 5 weeks.

forget about john green, people can be fooled once in a while. for everytime he was hoaxed, how many times was he right?

ray wallaces tracks dont appear to match any of the tracks found at that time and before then

Well, ray, the link you sent me justifies the fact that the crew casts dont match the wallace tracks

Who said anything about the Wallace tracks matching the Crew ones? We were talking about Wallace tracks matching ANY other tracks found in the area. The Wallace fake feet seem to be a pretty good match for some of the tracks found in the Bluff Creek area. The linked page even include pictures of some of them.

perhaps they were staking out? why would you spend 5 weeks to hoax something in a day?

For the same reason movie studios spend a year or more making a movie that lasts 90 minutes, or spend several weeks setting up a scene that takes them 10 minutes to shoot. Maybe they were setting up a back story while they were waiting for the suit to be made.

Why would Patterson allegedly spend all this time searching for a bigfoot, and then never look for Patty again after getting her on film? Seems to me the next logical step would be a capture mission. If the film could make him lot's of money, imagine what a real, live bigfoot would do?

Crow,

we might have a simple misunderstanding here and nothing more. I'm specifically and only referring to the film subject ( and its walk) relating to the proclaimed trackway it allegedly left. That has nothing to do with height or weight of whatever was in the film. It could be 5ft, 8 ft or 80 ft but it didnt leave that trackset.

Those "learned' eyes dont meet my standard of professionalism or training or expertise. I dont take anything they say as accurate unless they show me training and expertise in forensics and explain how they came up with their measurements. See, I DO have "learned eyes" and a pedigree to back it up and I dont accept what they are saying on its face.

>>>Al Hodgeson himself (I believe)
states that Patterson entered his store after the filming and said to the effect. "Al I got the son of a buck!" Roger is addressing Hodgeson in a manner that implys that Al Hodgeson is somewhat versed in Roger's purpose for being in the area. Patterson didn't have to stop to explain to Hodgeson what Bigfoot was and that Patterson was in pursuit of it. Patterson may have avoided Hodgeson's place during the actual pre OCt film date.

fine and it may be true. Occam says it was part of the hoax but forgetting Occam, the story still doesnt fit the evidence

>>>Also how was it that Al and Roger were on such familiar terms about the object of Patterson's pursuit? If Hodgeson is still alive its worth asking him how many times before Oct 20 1967 he met Patterson.

Doesnt matter- lets assume they were intimate lovers, RP was orchestrating a hoax so unless he trusted him and planned to use him as a witness- it wouldnt matter

I'm kind of looking for a "unified feild theory". Something that either puts purpose to the details that some of the post filming researchers/spectators claim to have found. In other words its easy to say Titmus was a dufuss and didn't know his ass from his elbow but this thing has a universe populated by a few too many dufuss's and a potential web of cohorts in on it to have floated this long with only Bob Heronimus coming forward with his own sketchy and questionable admissions.

But since you're leading the charge in this current round of speculation we should include the grandaddy of them all Ray Wallace who told Roger where to to go at Bluff Creek in the first place. Why? If not for sport, and why since Wallace was hoaxing down there didn't he do something to spill the beans on Patterson? Patterson the hoaxer took the word of another hoaxer then hoaxed his own film. What would a criminal investigator have to say about the interplay between Patterson and Wallace? Secretly Wallace could have had himself a good laugh but why couldn't Patterson sniff Wallace out?

Well, that part isn't speculation. Both Wallace and Patterson have stated that Wallace told Patterson where to go. Carry on with the rest of it however...

With or without horses in the back? I live in horse country and I frequently get behind transported horses traveling at 25-30 mph up and down hills on roads where the speed limit is 45mph and which I can navigate effortlessly at 55 or 60 in my Miata.

<snip>

I don't know how many times he was right. I'm guessing very few times about sasquatch evidence - if at all.
I do know that John Green is a very nice guy who is a terrible investigator with absolutely no bush knowledge/expertise at all.

Crow, those are payloads, not weights. A 1 ton truck likely weighed around 3 tons.

People did see tracks earlier, Crow. That's why everyone showed up at Bluff Creek, to look for the reported tracks.

A little more if it had an AM/FM radio as opposed to just an AM...:)

We still don'tknow if the mass of the truck helped radio reception as a means to monitor the weather in the mountains to know when to hoax tracks to get washed away by rain. FM in cars didn't happen until the later 60's. Bob's truck seems 50 vintage and FM in trucks? Who knows I avoid trucks in general.

In any event navigating a large older truck loaded with horses through the mountains I think would have taken Patterson longer than they said. In other words they got back on the road to Yakima earlier than they claim.
