The meanings of letters, etc. came from an old friend who has represented many in court.
"A person who represents himself at trial has a fool for a client."
The people represented by this fellow were even more foolish, it would seem. Given your near-illiteracy, can you be sure you correctly wrote down the meanings you were given. Seems a long shot.
Yes he is an actual person, not ET.
Andrew Ettinghausen is as real as you and I are. Well, I, at any rate.
Andrew Ettingshausen (born 29 October 1965 in Sutherland, New South Wales) is an Australian former rugby league footballer of the 1980s and 1990s. He played his first grade Australian club football for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. Known for his deceptive pace, good hands and ability to score tries, "ET" as he was known, represented both New South Wales and Australia. After his retirement from league in 2000, Ettingshausen went on to host and produce his own fishing television show titled Escape with ET.

I also have And another clever friend who even refuses speeding tickets and gets away with it.
Another clever friend? Where was the first one mentioned?
In any case, what exactly are you claiming here? If stopped by the Police for speeding, does he simply refuse to accept the notice handed to him? How does this not result in immediate arrest? How does he "refuse" a speeding ticket which has been mailed to him? Does he refuse to accept the summons that the Sheriff will eventually serve him with?
Here in Aussie the law is corrupt and in limbo and it seems they are only bluffing, but you can't beat thugs.
Australian Police are corrupt, bluffing, Zombie thugs? I look forward to reviewing your evidence for these claims. I presume that the nature of this evidence will also reveal how it is that nobody else has noticed what you have described?
I told a senior police officer he was only bluffing with a badge and a gun and he agreed with me.
Picture this situation Bob:
Police (with badges and guns) are called to a domestic disturbance. On their arrival a man armed with a Samurai sword bursts from the house and lunges at the Police, who open fire.
Who was bluffing?
The police force is a corporation with a ABM number ABN and no longer the King's men.
The Australian Police Association has an ABN. Is that what you meant?
It's 31 384 184 778 and this is their website:
Police Association of Australia
No Australian Police Force (or Service) has an ABN because they aren't businesses. They are, in fact, one of the three separate powers defined by the Westminster system of government under which we operate.
Your evidence to the contrary is eagerly awaited.
As for no longer being the King's men; do you think this might be in part because the last King died in 1952?
it's It's all part of the big OWO plan, time will tell.
The what?
We are getting away from the thread but I know you need more ammo to poo-hoo.
No Bob, fact is, the thread has gotten away from you. Keep the ammo coming though. It really is poo-hoo gold. Drongo.
