MDC like lightning striking - John Edward

I've heard of researches firing up small rockets trailing metallic dust behind them to induce a lightning strike. (I vaguely recall a documentary where this was done.) Interesting thing was, it didn't even require a heavy clouds.

Did you not read my post above? Of course we can make lightning strike where and when we want to!
