Merged Lloyd England: Eye of the Storm

Anyone here with half a brain could think it through and realize the inner
radius of the bend will compress while the O.D. will expand. Without a
mandrel inside of the tube, the metal will collapse on itself and kink.
The faster you bend the tube, the greater the kink. if you do it fast
enough, it will break.

So in your theory...the conspirators didn't realize this fact which is "obvious to anyone with half a brain" so they professionally bent the poles with mandrels before placing them on the highway and claiming that they were bent by airplane impacts?

You can even see the effects with a paper towel roll core if you don't have
any metal tubing handy.

You would get along great with Heiwa...
The cardboard tube crumpled when I tried to smash it through a windshield...does this mean the light pole should have crumpled too?

I said BEND the cardboard tube, NOT smash it through a windshield.

You are so basic it's not even funny.

JREF should start banning dumb people to limit thread lengths. You don't
get this sort of stupidity at other forums.

Oh, I've broken a window with a cardboard tube... it was long 60" cardboard tube, the type that Vinyl Banners are rolled around (the Vinyl banner was 6 feet by 12 feet and weighed 45 lbs.), so it was extra thick and sturdy, and I accidentally dropped it against our store's display window. Imagine our surprise when the tube went through it.

You make a fool out of yourself and your response is this? That's pretty pathetic. That's like Beavis and Butthead trying to say everyone else is stupid.

I still can't believe that we are being talked down to by somebody that thinks it is perfectly believable that a 757 pulled up and over the Pentagon without a single person in the area noticing.

I also wonder how they planted the light poles on the street in broad daylight on a busy highway without anybody noticing.

The NWO must be really, really, really good if the only people that can figure this out are a few morons on the Internet.

Yikes! The Pfft fan and CIT sheep are getting cocky!

Which is kind of silly given his consistent dodging of my question, and his inability to understand the forces on a plane.

Anyway Turbo, you've been bragging about how smart you are, so it should be no problem for you to provide the calculations for the CIT flight path.

Go to it Turbo!

And don't forget that the plane had to fly through a perfectly timed explosion that didn't interfere with the plane, nor did the plane vortecies interfere with the smoke. And they had to not only plant those light poles, but also an entire planes worth of parts, and the passengers and their belongings at the scene at the moment o impact in front of 1000s of people and with no one watching. They also only had the time between the plane taking off and the impact to crash the real plane and transport all the parts to the scene.

What's even funnier is that a long time ago, Craig pointed to one of the white vans in the Pentagon pictures and claimed it was used to transport the 757 parts to the scene. Now I have seen a lot of clowns fit in a volkswagon, but I have not seen a 757's worth of parts and bodies fit in a cargo van.

I think a hush-a-plane was involved somewhere here. It just goes along with the magical explosives that leave no traces.

Does anyone know how they make these break away light poles? Are they a simple thin metal tube or do they have some kind of internal reinforcing to stop them from snapping in the middle when they get knocked over? Something like that might explain why there is no kinking.

Oh man Craig and Also photoshopped onto Beavis and Butthead would be the best!
:D

With all the talk about bending radii and cardboard tubes and such, one would assume that the fundamental aspects are all settled - i.e., listing the witnesses who actually saw the airliner fly over the Pentagon; credible explanations for all the witnesses who actually saw the airliner crash into the Pentagon; credible evidence for the disposition of the airliner and its passengers elsewhere; credible evidence for the use of explosives or missiles; credible explanations for the airliner wreckage and passenger remains found at the crash site. (I ride with guys who were there that day, removing both.)

Again, surely all this exists, since there is so much discussion about the little details. Perhaps somebody would be so kind as to provide a reference to the above, as I must have missed them.

The break away part is in the base of the pole. Although the break away lampost was designed with car impacts primarily in mind. I don't know how much thought the engineers gave to aircraft impacts.

I would think that a wing traveling at roughly 500 miles per hour would sever a pole quite easily. If the bend radius is small enough the pole will buckle and fracture

Anyone here who believes a wing can cause the smooth bend in that light pole is an idiot.

I will offer the Randi million challenge to anyone that can:

Bend a metal cylinder/tube as shown in the light pole photo by striking it with an aluminum wing facsimile at any speed.

I wont hold my breath...
You are a liar! You will not give anyone a million dollar if they show the pole on 9/11 is possible. You can't put up the money.

There are a quite a few ignorant people on this forum. Pages of BS spent teaching the basics to a bunch of kids. ...

Anyone here with half a brain ...

Kids.
The paper towel roll core expert! Turbofan! There are quite a few what? Lol
Oh please expert paper towel roll core expert, show us your paper towel roll core experiment. Please.

The p4t forum is terminally stupid. How did you miss that fact? You are the one with the lie about 77 not hitting the Pentagon, and trying to say the lamppost can't do what it did. That is a pure stupid idea and a lie you bring to JREF without proof! Without evidence. But you are just like Balsamo attacking people poorly due to the fact you can't support your stupid ideas on 9/11 with evidence.

Can Randi put up the money if someone proves the paranormal challenge?

Probably not because Randi knows it aint gonna happen. Just like bending
a tube with a smooth radius aint gonna happen without a mandrel.

At least one person recently has suggested the pole may have some reinforcing (Brainache) which could explain the bend. he KNOWS the physics; unfortunately
nobody else does.

Nicepants, get a piece of metal then you basic child! Nobody can be that
dumb. You must be getting paid for this, or just like to play
internet button pusher because you can't keep up.

Also, my new avatar.

I would have made something bigger but the only picture I could find of both of them was pretty small.

Look at you being skeptical :)

You attempted to suggest that a cardboard tube accurately modeled the behavior of a metal light pole. I simply showed how ludicrous that assertion was.

Here's a photo of some bent metal tubing that exhibits no signs of collapsing or kinking.

Wrong again.

Hey clues-less one. Obviously you have no idea how those poles are made. They are spun cast making them very resistant to kinking.

Stop trying to sound smart! You suck at it.
