Not off topic. This is a general discussion thread.
To resolve the issue, you should just admit that you made the "I'm talking to my lawyer about a message board banning" quotation out of anger and that you realize what a ridiculous notion it is to seek legal remedy after getting banned from a message board. It happens; but it's still quite funny.
Well for one i never made a quote that i was talking to a lawyer.

You know you have issues when you talk to lawyers about getting banned from an internet forum.
You have no concept of the law if you think that being banned from an internet message board is in any way a legal issue. It is private property, they can ban you just because they think you are an idiot if they want to.
Oh and what would gavron tell me? That there are actually two ULTIMA1s on the interwebs?

Please cite the relevant statutory clauses that define getting banned from a message board as "discrimination." I think you're confusing actual discrimination with someone telling you to get lost because they do not like you.
In any case, the moderators on a message board have no legal duty to you in regards to discrimination. They can ban you because you stated you're going to vote for Ralph Nader, and you would have no legal recourse. Sorry, but the laws do apply to privately owned message boards. You could say it's their First Amendment right to sequester you from their forum, like you have the right to kick someone out of your house who you do not want there.
