I've also learned in this thread that 9/11 is not a historical event.
It's not?

That's what AW Smith tried to tell me. Apparently, terrorist attacks do not fall under the category of historical event.
9/11 research is what "I do for a living.
I was being facetious and you know it. Of course an event that changes the course of history in several countries is history.
EDT
can you tell me where this sentence, Bolded below, appears in that documentary?
Of course you can't redibis. You see. You have a history of lying, along with a history of trolling and a history of self loathing, And a history of just making **** up.
You're getting irate because you know you've been caught suggesting something ridiculous. You're backtracking now and saying you were trying to be funny, but it's there for everyone to see.
Secondly, if you now admit that 9/11 was a historical event, how does one make a living researching 9/11, yet consider himself an amateur historian?

you have failed once again to point out where mark said thisSecondly, if you now admit that 9/11 was a historical event, how does one make a living researching 9/11, yet consider himself an amateur historian?
Nowhere has he stated that9/11 research is what "I do for a living.

I'll take the bait, although it's probably a waste of time for all concerned.
Mark makes his living as a tour guide, to do this it helps to be an amateur historian (and, as he says, to spend time researching things on the Internet), so that he can be better informed when giving tours. He's not a professional historian because he doesn't make money either as an academic or by publishing history books or articles. His phrasing is the kind of elision that commonly occurs in spoken discourse, where the full context of statement is not expressed. This can be exploited for the purposes of needless pedantry, point-scoring and sophistry, but such tactics do the cause of rational inquiry no good.
He doesn't make money from researching 9/11, and has never claimed to*.
Simple really, and if you carry on this tack you are clearly trolling.
I fully expect you to carry on this tack - and won't discuss it further with you if that's the case.
*I suppose you could argue that he makes some money by knowing about 9/11 because he is an NYC tour guide, but he certainly didn't get paid for any of his debunking work. And I think it is unlikely that many of his customers are interested in conspiracy theories.
You should listen to the interview and read the thread carefully before you spout off .
Roberts said he is a retired tour guide and makes his living doing online research and lecturing. What do you think he lectures about to make this living?
I won't harp on this too much, I'm sure it will make people here very uncomfortable if this interview were to be analyzed line by line.

You're backtracking now because you know you've been caught claiming Mark said something he didn't. Nowhere did he say
but your lie is there for everyone to see.
Masturbation is less self-obsessed than this.
