It should, but it won't. The Republican Party has had good relations with some of the terrorist groups in Miami for a while, and that's not likely to change.

Remember, if it's against American enemies, it's not "terrorism," it's "freedom-fighting."

AFAIK, neither McCain nor Obama has "palled around with" Eric Rudolph (the Olympic Park Bomber) nor with any of the individuals known to have shot abortion doctors. That's a damned wide brush you are painting with, there.
