Stop Jenny McCarthy

Okay, the site is up and running, although a huge work in progress, but does anyone here know how we can make it more visible, particularly if we want anyone Googling "Jenny McCarthy" to see it?

Oh, and do a write up for an Skeptiwiki article and someone here on the forum with a registation will transcribe/post it there adding more Googleweight to your site.

I hear rumours that folks here have read her book on this topic. Can I get debunking to post on the site? Citing page numbers, etc.? Please email information@stopjenny.com with the rundown with personal details as well if you want to be given credit.

I feel like I'm spamming, but if input could be given on the new logo?

Is that a rabit and if so what is it's significance?

It's a Jenny Bunny :D

Bunnies are cute and fluffy and innocent (and uneducated). And Jenny used to feature in playboy a lot. So she was a playboy bunny, and now she's a mommy bunny. The Jenny Bunny is holding McCarthy's book called "louder than words".

Yeah, it doesn't work cuz it's just http://stopjenny.com and you included her last name too.

Please edit asap :D

Will do, but the reason I posted it as I did is because that's what TAT had in the OP and didn't provide a link after the site was up.

I'll add that we should have a skeptiwiki entry on it. Contact Ducky or Dr.A so they can formulate one.

Like the stopjenny website. Good luck with it.

If you haven't thought of it, might be a good idea to get some material posted on YouTube.

I'd also suggest contacting P.Z. and Phil Plait to see if they would inculde it on their blogs. That would help the Google results immensely.

This is an excellent idea and consistent with the JREF mission. Prominent figures promoting woo, especially harmful woo, need to be countered with reason. McCarthy is certainly as bad as Uri Geller or Sylvia Browne.
