Well, at the very least, whoever is the NSA Employee (him or his father), both are in trouble. Dontcha just love how a son (if this is indeed the case), likes to impersonate his father, and dont realize the amount of trouble that he is getting his father into.

Linking to this information on another forum is one thing. POSTING it here is another. I think it is a bad precedent, and should be removed.

Why- it's public information that he's confirmed.

The mods have been a bit silent on this, but I would think that with such a big question over this issue, they should confirm his identity and substantiate his claims. If I recall, they've had to do that in the past with individuals posing as certain people.

At the very least, I would think that they've already looked at his registration information and confirmed that it's the same as the individual he claims to be.

Its been about 24 days since he received the FOIA doc....saying it was coming. I'm wondering how much longer it will take before this document surfaces?

The NSA confirms the case number, and reports that the FOIA request remains in the queue. It has yet to be assigned to a case worker.

I'll diary for a week and follow up.
 
The posts have been restored, as the information is directly concerning the support or refutation of the claim being made.

However, I'd like to ask for some restraint when it comes to personal information. If the information is publicly available, it doesn't breach the MA to link to it. I hope members will still be responsible and sensible about what is posted here. It should not become an excuse to attack a member. It's about validating the claims made - nothing else.

So others at your home log in as your user ID then on the forums, multiple times a day? How are we to know that the real ULTIMA1 still isnt at work, and that this is actually their pre-teen son playing around? :confused:

Maybe when you learn to read post you can see that the letter states more then 20 days.
 
ULTIMA1 - I do have you on ignore, but since you are back here posting, I'm wondering if you can check back on the last page and just confirm or deny that the individuals posting under the same name in different forums (specifically regarding the claim that you are also making being an NSA analyst) are- in fact- you.

In other words, is there anything being posted in your name that you need to refute?

I can say without a doubt that I know WAY more about computers than you can even possibly imagine.

Also, the evidence of the multiple logging onto the forum with your home IP during times you were at work were confirmed by a mod on another forum, and listed.

Ultima seems to be a deeply disturbed individual.
I have no doubt that he will never produce this so-called document.
I doubt that he much cares but as soon as I can figure out how to put him on IGNORE this is where he shall go.
 
I'm really curious what you plan to do with this document when you gets it.

If it contains what you think it does, are you going public with it? Have you contacted news sources, television, set up speaking engagements to tell everyone the truth?

You would be famous, and go down in history as the ex-NSA employee who cracked what happened to flight 93.

What have you lined up, ULTIMA1? What sources have you set up to disseminate the truth?
