I don't have anything to prove, what I believe has already been tested in a court of law. You don't seem to understand that men's lives are on the line here. KSM and others are about to go on trial for nearly 3,000 counts of murder and you are treating it like a joke, what sort of person are you? You claim to have evidence that the Government's case against these men is wrong, and yet instead of taking that evidence to KSM's lawyer you are busy wasting your time on the internet arguing on a meaningless webforum. These men are very likely going to end up facing the Death Sentance, and you think it's all a big joke, you are such a wonderful human being, I'm sure your mother must be pleased.

Two wrong answers. You know the claim was that "most first responders want a new investigation." If you had merely claimed that "there are some first responders that want a new investigation, you could have saved a lot of time and bandwidth, because...guess what!?...I know there are some first responders that want a new investigation (that's riiiiiggght, I have some EVIDENCE after all). However, some is not most...which was your claim. Back to Google for you.

I know that there are people who want a new investigation. That I have no question on. Especially some of the first responders.

What I do doubt is that from that one video you've shown, there are more than 50% of everyone who's been personally touched by 9/11.

The burden of proof is on you to count each and every person in that video and prove that they constitute "most".

Since you seem to be having a little difficulty, I'll help you out.

First you must know how many family members, experts and first responders exist (Good luck defining the term "expert"). In order for your claim to be correct, you must provide the names of at least half+1 of those family members, experts and first responders who want a new investigation.

How was it unfair? The guy claimed he was involved on the stand! And before you claim he was beaten into claiming that, explain why his claims were so out of sync with what the US Government claimed his part was, if he was going to confess to because they made him, why would he not confess based on their story rather than that inventing a whole new one that didn't match the Prosecuter's evidence (or the Defence's for that matter)?

Regardless, I didn't exactly see any of the evidence you claim would have been laughed out of court being laughed out of court.

And finally, it still doesn't explain why you refuse to act like a compassionate Human being and give over your evidence to KSM's Lawyers, and heck, while you are at it, send it to Moussaoui's lawyers too so they can get him out on appeal.

I want you to think about this and not keep thinking it's a joke, this is serious. There is one man in jail for life, and others about to be facing the death sentance if they are convicted. You claim to have evidence that would free these men. If you do nothing, then you are supporting those that put them there, you are part of the cover up and if they are put to death you are as much a murderer as those that did 9/11 because you could have prevent these deaths and yet time and time again you callously do nothing to prevent it. You have no excuse, you know how to contact the Lawyers involves, all you have to do is pick up the phone.

He's got a good point there. If you do have all this evidence that you claim to have and yet won't call the defense lawyers, then you are indeed part of the cover up and "in on it", as they say.

I have to admit that I'm not a lawyer (there are a few on the board that are who might know though) but I'd have though that keeping evidence from the defence of a trial should in itself be a criminal offence, unfortunately it probably isn't though, it's definitely immoral if you ask me though.

With a few exceptions, withholding knowledge and evidence of a violent felony is a felony itself. I'm sure ULTIMA1, in his capacity at NSA, knows this. So, either he doesn't have the evidence he claims or he is a felon. I am not a lawyer either, but I did do a year of Law School.
