I've also relayed what they'd said. It was OK to be in a public place such as the cemetery between 7AM and 7PM.

There is an enormous difference between "being in a public place such as the cemetery between 7AM and 7PM and having a Faraday cage, media, witnesses, etc. there at midnight.

Did you ask the authorities if you could "be there", or did you ask about having all of the above? While ok with the former, they may be adamantly against the latter.

Professor, please explain exactly what steps you will take to prove your powers while removing all possibility of normal explanation ... step by step ... in exacting detail. When you think you've broken down each part into steps, please go back and break each step into at least five smaller steps. Please include exactly how the media will be examined and judged.



n.b. Actually, the real dealbreaker is that Randi will not not attend. TP insisted that Randi be there and he has never retracted that. If TP demands Randi show up, there will be no test. That should be ironed out first before any further time is wasted.

Your elation is understandable, but you are not actually the first U.S. citizen to get a shot at the preliminary test. Many have been tested before, one even this year.

David, how many people will be present at this test? I mean in total?
Not just the people directly involved, but media and spectators as well. And what kind of equipment will the media be allowed to have at the test site? I see theses as possible problems and something that your protocol may need to address.

Someone correct me if I am mistaken.

Only the magnetic field. The others can generally be beamed.

No one will be near enough to use hidden magnets for one.

An electromagnet could be buried in the ground.

The cage will be in the middle of an open field at least 100 or 200 yards from the nearest building or parked car. In plain sight.

That will just make it easier to beam stuff at it from distance.

Still, with enough effort, the listed external influences could perhaps be prevented or at least detected. But I'm afraid this would make the test very complicated and costly, so at this moment this is not the way I would recommend to pursue.

There are other, easier ways to design the test that will make these external influences irrelevant. For example, if you can command the voices not to manifest on selected recorders (perhaps by chanting another spell over the selected recorders), then a simple test can be arranged without any Faraday cages whatsoever: the recorders will be randomly put into an opaque box, and after the event, the records will be given to you. If you can determine which records are those that you ordered the voices not to manifest on, you win the million.

As you can see, with just a little more information about what the voices can do, a very simple test can be put together. What you should do now is think about - and perhaps tell us - what you can order the voices to do that will allow a simple test like that.

Absolutely NO ONE has been tested in the USA with the Million Dollars on the line. NO ONE ... I'm not talking about any Preliminary testing ... I'm talking about the REAL THING. The real test with the million dollars at risk!

Working in cemeteries is very delicate business. It must be handled with extreme political correctness. If it appears that you will defile a grave and show disrespect to those in the afterlife you may upset those authorities that can help your efforts.

However, many Movies, TV shows, Documentaries, and News Casts have been made at inside Cemeteries with no problem whatsoever. One movie, Hunt For The Devil, was already shot there. I meet with the folks that produced it tomorrow evening.

I will be seeking their advise on the best way to be handle the situation, now that my application and claim are accepted.

I would like to thank those who have honestly helped me in my challenge claim and now protocol.
