I laugh at them because they could have done a much better job, of explaining why thermite oxygen cutting would not work, I even emailed NIST about it, Before the report came out.
They probably never read the Email, truthers will jump all over this, it will look like NIST is trying to cover things up.
Dr. Jones and his group will now put out a reply to NIST stating that NIST is either lying or covering up for the CD, because they did not test Thermite powered oxygen cutters, I expect Dr. Jones now to come up with a crude working device and demonstrate it on tour, and in an INTERNET videos.

If such happens as I expect it will we will have a new round of trutherism inflicted on us.

And what makes you think it would be any different even if NIST had included further or better said any scenarios concerning thermite?

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have even put in any hypothetical explosion scenarios wouldn't it have been for all the people saying they heard or saw explosions and that the building came down in what looked like a controlled demolition.

The last time I called NIST I was put on hold for over an hour and then the phone was disconnected.

I made the mistake of mentioning thermite, I have no problem contacting him, if he would talk with me, but I do not have time to wait on the phone for an hour on a conversation that will not take place.

Has the lack of evidence ever stopped the truth movement when they find an exploitable flaw in the governments story.
Give these guys and inch and they shoot for the moon, their only reason for existence is to call for a new Independent Investigation, no matter how much they have to lie to get it.
IF NIST had used the science and the physics behind the devices to dispute their usage the Cters would have nothing to exploit, This now is just a little ditch but give it time and a little effort on Dr. Jones, Gage s's part, and they will enlarge it to the size of the grand canyon.
I am tired I am worn out and worn down, tons of experiments done to debunk the idiotic ideas, now doing it again does not appeal to me very much.

The worst part is it would have been so easy to put thermite oxygen cutters out of the truth movements grasp, they leave a non intelligent cut pattern with as I have said, attachment points and produce large deformations of the materials being cut Oxidized.

They could have used Dr. Joneses own work against Dr. Joneses Ideas and maybe dealt the truth movement a fatal blow.
Now I have a choice to make, do I put my device in the open and have my patent stolen, just to debunk Jones, or do I remain quite and let the truth movement run a muck for the few months it will take me to complete the work on it?
The key Idea of my device is to minimize the thermite to just the smallest amount possible with a special design structure, I worked hard on it and do not want to loose that work.

I have too Idea I want to work on but I do not want the truth subverted either, as well as working to make a living.

Right now I guess all I can do is sit and wait and that is something I have never been good at doing, I am a do-er, I do not like waiting for the other shoe to drop.

You can't possibly lose what doesn't exist.

If you're going to patent a device that could have taken the towers down then that device could not have taken the towers down since it could not have existed then unless you are the culprit.

PS. the government does not patent some technology because doing so, would release the technology to the public.

However I can say with certainty that it is impossible for oxygen cutters to have been used on 9/11/2001 simply because the evidence of usage does not exist, and it should have existed and should have been seen by multiple individuals and in photos, and videos.

Unfortunately due to the lack of identifiable steel, nobody can be held to this standard. The only steel samples we have are the one from FEMA, and the pictures of the steel post-collapse.

I could possibly make the claim though, that fires are good physical evidence of heat expansion, because the phenomena is intrinsically linked to the heat of the structural member.

Perhaps you could elaborate, have you read NCSTAR 1-9 yet? It's not quite 'as good' as NCSTAR 1-6, but they had much less to work off so you can't exactly blame them for that.

Thanks pomeroo, I finally got though, I talked with my patent attorney today to and he said I could send NIST some of my early work concept drawings of failed devices I am abandoning, because it really would not affect the patentable device.

I want to post one of my earliest experiments into cutting a steel column here, with a thermite triggered oxygen cutter. Basically a converted oxygen lance ignited by thermite. Remember Dr. Jones failed to demonstrate one device at burning man, I have built several.

IT is so easy to build that even a physicist can do it, except at burning man.
