True. But then again, the responses from some of the other people on the thread have been less than polite. His reputation certainly preceded him on this thread at least. It's not what he asks, it's how he asks it.
Please stop giving any credit to Jerome. Someone who exist in a world filled with delusion, where he believes in NWO conspiracies and beliefs in his own form of science deserves no credit. It is an illness and deserves pity.True. But then again, the responses from some of the other people on the thread have been less than polite. I understand. Jerome can be annoying, especially when he refuses to acknowledge information which has been given to him (see the Black Holes thread). And especially when he does so repeatedly. But if it weren't for him and his denialism, there wouldn't have been so much really good information posted in this thread, and I wouldn't (and other lurkers wouldn't) have learned so much. Please stop giving any credit to Jerome. My issue with Jerome is his dishonesty. He does not question things for the sake of knowledge, he does so for...I have no idea...but he purposefully "forgets" prior discussions, misconstrue arguments and use logical fallacies like water.
The only benefit of "debating" people like Jerome are:
1)Practicing proper ways to deal with dishonest debaters. Tying them down to one topic and preventing them from running away and using dishonesty.
2)Practicing and refreshing some of the basic knowledge on the topic being discussed. However, this is more useful when debating an honest opponent and not someone who is unwilling to listen.
I lurk on some threads. Especially threads where some of the posters are much more knowledgeable than I.One can hope he actually learned something.
PS: You're no lurker...unless you are a 2000 foot long lurker with over 9000 posts.
The gravity of your lurking presence is felt even in your stealthy silence...must be my sixth sense
See ya around.
Wrong. Geodes are nothing but gas bubbles formed when magma cools down. The crystals are precipitated from the fluid and start forming at the bubble's walls; the crystals do not push the walls outwards, they grow from the borders towards the centre. The space at the centre of the cavity is what's left after there's no more material available for crystal growth, and in most cases there's no space left.http://www.nealadams.com/enceladus/earthinfo.html said:Imagine an Earth's core like you see in a geode. (You know, those round stones that when you cut them in half and look inside you see beautiful crystals seemingly growing inward.) in the very middle, it's empty, because the crystals are, in reality, growing and pushing outward!
Whoah! First we have creation of matter out of aether! Top woo! There are already discussions on this issue at this forum... Such mechanism has never been proven plausible nor there are any reliable evidences it happens.http://www.nealadams.com/enceladus/earthinfo.html said:Matter is created (google Carl David Anderson) from the prime matter (or aether, or dark matter, or, call it, pre-matter) that fills the universe.
Positron and electron pairs are produced which follow the electromagnetic lines isolated from each other… until the positrons gather neutral mass (prime matter) sufficient to become protons.
Those join to become hydrogen…
Then the same process that happens in the sun and its solar system happens. Hydrogen atoms are compressed into neutrons. Helium is produced. The "inner core" strips the electrons from the helium.
The helium ions join to make higher count atoms all of which fall to the inner surface of the mantle.

What?
Why are you making things up?
Why do you need to create a false avatar to justify your delusions?

Did anyone hear that? I swore I just heard something... ah well, must've been nothing important...
