By the way, before anyone asks, I am not recording the conversations I am having with these people nor will I at any point.

I am alerting these people to make them aware of what is being done in their name - their reactions will speak for themselves. I am using email to follow up my discussions with them and will ask pertinent questions where possible.

If someone else wants to get these guys on the video or audio record, by all means. But I think there are some privacy issues so there should be a general concensus on who does it. I'm not going to hand over contact information to a forum and then have dozens of people call the poor guys.

As suspected he had absolutely no idea that CIT were using his name.

Great work. It goes without saying that Boger should know that the CIT is claiming that the plane could not have hit the Pentagon, and the CIT is claiming that the aircraft debris was planted by Boger's co-workers.

Wonder if Boger knows a good defamation lawyer in Virginia?

IMHO, what you are doing is fine. Perhaps they will take action without any further follow-up.

By all means keep the emails flowing, but don't publish them. This might resolve itself without invading their privacy more than has been done already.

Already done. Sean has been provided with links to The Pentacon, the specific page discussing his interview, as well as many examples on forums where his name has been used.

From the discussion with Sean I gleaned the following:

1) He does not recall being asked to be recorded
2) He said that someone contacted him sometime last year and asked him a few questions, then said they would call him back
3) He has never heard of Citizen's Investigation Team
4) He has never heard of the CIT Flyover theory
5) He was completely unaware his name was being used to support the Flyover theory

The first one is damning in itself. Sure, he might have a poor memory, but it appears they may have recorded him without his permission - if they even recorded him at all.

How many times have people asked these clowns for contact details of their witnesses only to be told where to go?! Just days ok I asked Aldo for Sean Boger's number and he gave me a link to a search directory.

It appear that CIT marked the wrong light poles when trying to demonstrate that Sucherman must have been under the plane if his view was unobstructed by trees.

He completely gets the placement of poles 3, 4 and 5 wrong while trying to discredit Sucherman by saying the plane could not have been in front of him.

The reason I bring this up is because Craig posts this

Even Aldo told Craig he was wrong about the poles -
Aldo - I don't really care. He and I already debated and went over this, before if it was even released. The confusion was in the missing loop off ramp and the new design. I made the same points, but it was left as something that we didn't agree on, I couldn't be sure of, and that wasn't important in the long run.
