I was confronted with this CT recently and have not been able to gather much in the way of a coherent explanation.
Ok, the Theory: That somehow Gov't use of all capital letters on official documents somehow means that we are not considered...I'm not sure..citizens..or maybe that we are property..again not sure. I have read a few different articles that vary on exactly what that means in CT world, but each seems to disagree a bit. I haven't found info that provides something factual, as far as I can tell anyway.
I put in a few search terms here and didn't find anything, but if it has been covered, can ya point me to the door please?
And no, just in case...I'm not debating anything on it, for any CT'ists chomping at the bit to get to me.
Thank you in advance.
