I'd say no, unless you're looking forward to spending TAM weekend in a US customs lockup.

It might not happen, but if it did, it would suck. Are Cubans worth it?

Smoking jacket and ascot certainly, not sure on the fez. I might go with a pith helmet instead. Maybe we should put it up for a vote. One caveat, I only have a standard issue red fez now--I gave the famous leopard spot fez away to the manager of Quark's bar last time I was in Vegas.

Hmm. Apart from encouraging everyone to bring a bottle of fine liquor or wine to share, we might encourage a classy yet relaxed mode of attire as well.

I'll start shopping for a nice jacket.

I just looked at Claus' spreadsheet (thank, Claus!), because only now I'm actually planning my activities in Vegas.

I don't care for whiskey, but I LOVE cigars. I'll take my own, not Cuban (it will be a first, but I hear there are some passable Dominicans), and I'd rather contribute with some cash, as I don't want to bring another bottle (I'll take one of cachaça to Lynn).

I'll take some chocolate also, just in case (winks!) somebody brings a bottle of Port wine...

Ah, thou art a temptress! I shall now have to decide between single malt and port. (But keep your stinky sticks to yourself!)
 
For those interested (which is apparently nobody except for Reed), I am going with the following attire: Smoking Jacket and fez.
