I confess to some curiosity: How DID the FBI positively identify the hijackers?
Obviously they must have presented some evidence to support their claims, right?
They had phone calls from people on all four of the planes who were able to identify the seats of the Hijackers. They matched them with the flight mansifest to gain the names of the Hijackers. Added to that they had the rental cars and some luggage at the various airports, then worked their way back from there. Footage from the security checkpoints and eye wittnesses from the check-ins at the various airports helped too.
The really sad thing is that boozos like those we have picking nits here make a mockery of people like the poor woman who worked as a check-in operator at Boston for AA. After 9-11 she was so upset by the fact she checked in Atta and the others that she killed herself, and we have a bunch of incompetent jerks who make light of that sort of tradgey.
