British Government Pampers Pirates

I'm a fan of human rights, but I'm not a fan of taking things too far. Which this appears to be.


I wonder if I could learn conversational Javanese or Somali by September 19th...
 
Over the past decade 3000+ individuals have been subjected to piracy on the high seas or on the low seas. 500 killed, many kidnapped and held for ransom. Now

This is the correctly British thing to do, since

They are all noblemen who have gone wrong.
