WTC: "Ace Elevator employees did it"

I don't see that Ace Elevator employees have ever been discussed here.

I'm seeing Twoofers claim that the 83 employees of Ace Elevator "did it", whatever "it" was that caused the WTC towers to collapse. The best comeback I have is "nobody saw man-made explosions", and that coincidences don't prove anything. And that's a really weak case for for this silly suggestion. Did they work in WTC1 and WTC2? It doesn't explain WTC7 without going beyond the information in this news story.

It seem that a large crew of Ace employees worked on the elevators the night of 9/10.

On Sept. 11, the elevator mechanics — many of the same men involved in the rescues in 1993 — left the buildings after the second jet struck, nearly an hour before the first building collapsed.

Everyone knows "scheduled maintenance" is elevator mechanic jargon for demolishing a building by planting explosives in the elevator shafts.

I heartily agree that the twoofers should follow up on this one. It would be the most rational thread they could follow, or all of those proposed, so far, as to how any sort of demolition charges, wheter HE or thermite could be introduced into the cores.

Ace Elevator has been discussed here previously. See here and following posts # 58, 59, 63, 65, 66, 68, 88, 90, 91, 93, 95, 98. Twoofers have never provided any evidence whatsoever in support of their unfounded accusations against these individuals who simply went to work that day and did their best in the face of the horrific circumstances that came about as the result of terrorist attacks.

Twoofers making allegations of complicity in mass murder against these individuals without a scintilla of evidence is, frankly, despicable.

Ace Elevator has also been discussed tangentially in other threads, but despite the allegations of twoofers, none of them has ever presented anything even remotely resembling evidence in support of their allegations, just as realcddeal was unable to do so in the thread cited above.

The allegations are entirely without merit, and the fact that twoofers are resorting to them yet again is simply evidence of how badly they are floundering. Seriously, when the twoof 'movement' can do nothing more than repeat ridiculous, unfounded, nonsensical allegations such as these against innocent people, it is apparent that the end of their woovment (yes, I just made that word up) is drawing near. No loss, that.

ETA: And yes, I admit that I have a real problem with people accusing innocent people of crimes in the absence of legitimate evidence. It's a real sticking point for me.

I know that. I just want them to go off on a rant like this and then have to explian the spires.

I know that you know that. :) I just want them to actually make efforts to support their unfounded allegations for a change. They won't, of course, but it's always good to demonstrate clearly, for all and sundry, their repeated failure to do so.

If I had to guess, I'd say that being a lawyer might have something to do with that.

And I like the word "woovement". I'll add it to my Twoofer dictionary.

Amazing.
A bunch of people working in buildings either 1) struck by very large fast jet aircraft, or 2) next door to buildings struck by vlfja actually evacuated the building after the collision!
What could they possibly have been doing or thinking?

The smarmy implication of this is that they would have been useful in evacuation of these buildings had they remained.

And anybody who had examined the state of the elevators after the aircraft hit would know better.

Actually there was an issue with the door interlocks that may have been responsible for a number of people being trapped in the elevators and ultimately perishing. Whether the mechanics could have saved them is a moot point.

The other day I saw a guy on the Metro-North train with another elevator company's logo jacket. I got out of there as fast as I could; I had seen the accusations.
