Truthers crash Anti-Scientology Protests

Yeah, that was in Sydney. They're having a truthfest this weekend. Truthers are such attention whores. I can't believe they didn't hold it the same weekend as the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras and tag along with the parade. Think of the exposure!

Stuff like this almost makes me feel bad for the CTers. It's just so pathetic that they can't rally enough people for their own cause that they have to impose on someone else's.

What's even more pathetic is when the cause is as innocuous as "We Don't Like Scientology" and they still get a bigger turn-out than the people supposedly exposing the true murderers of 3,000 innocent people.

One came by the one in Vancouver, and asked where we got our masks from because he wanted some for his "9/11 protest." I knew what he was talking about of course, but I did want to hear it from him, so I asked him what 9/11 protest that was. I wish he stuck around so us Anonymous could mock him, but oh well.

We get more people in Sydney to a meeting of people who collect train schedules.

Well, I have to admit I have not heard this one before, even though the poster does not appear to be sure what he is saying. Scientology was responsible for 9/11:

It is excellent that you met the anti-Scentology people 'cos even if they don't realize it the Scientology cult are some of the extreme criminal Christians who very likely enthusiastically bought us 9/11.

(bolding mine)

How some group who don't realise something were "enthusiastically" responsible for that event really tells you something about the unreality that is hiding in some of the twoofers minds (if that is the word I am groping for).

Von Curtis is a she. She usually blames 911 on the Jews, so I don't know what she is talking about here.

Haha! I was just now looking at that and was going to nominate it for a Stundie, but you have first dibs.

Did you see the post above that one by the same person?

The people's quiet revolution is going from strength to strength, out with extreme Christian, extreme Jewish Zionist ideology of the 20th century and on to something much better for ordinary humane people.

No mention of the other monotheism...

More from Von Curtis:

My husband is probably in two camps ,he is definitely a bit sensitive to anything really anti-israeli / anti-jewish because he was brainwashed young

Wouldn't you love to be married to her.

V.C.: You know, those Jews eat the blood of babies.
Husband: Hey honey, why don't you lay off the Jews for a while?
V.C.: Oh, your just brainwashed.

Gah, that's just crap.

I feel a bit sorry for the Sydney Anonymous people.

We didn't have such problems over here. Maybe because as far as I know there are like 3 "truthers" over here.

Some people will do anything they can to get attention at a protest, even if it means wrecking everything that protest is about. Britain's Socialist Worker Party for instance; where there is a protest, they appear, ready on hand to sell as many copies of the SWP newsletter as they can.

Truther's appear to be copying the SWP's marketing strategy.

Didn't that actually happen? I'm sure I read a thread about that recently.

I saw this coming too.

Truthers: Disrupting someone else's lawful assembly is disorderly conduct in many (if not most) US states. They are entitled to tell you to scram and to have the police separate you out if you don't.

It's what they do. They attach themselves to other people's protests to

1) make it look like they have more than five people, and

2) get more attention, because they get ignored if they're just by themselves.

These guys are going to ruin Chanology. I should get the /i/nsurgency in on this.
