I just saw that there is a Facebook page set up for TAM 6. Only a few people have joined so far. it may not be of great interest to folks here, since we all seem to communicate on this forum, but it might help with other people who are on FB but don't come here to the forum.

Where in Cali are you moving?

Not sure yet, I'm travelling around for 6 months, looking for a decent studio job.

I've heard San Francisco is quite a hotbed for this sort of thing, so that's where my sights are set...

Well you nagged me so much it just became white noise and I forgot about it.

The company I work for is based in San Fran. and about 4 years ago they wanted me to move there with a nice promotion. Me and my wife went, LOVED it... but for the life of us we couldn't find a house that was anywhere near 'reasonable' for the cost they wanted. Love it in San Fran... and I guess everyone else does too!

The company I work for is based in San Fran. and about 4 years ago they wanted me to move there with a nice promotion. Me and my wife went, LOVED it... but for the life of us we couldn't find a house that was anywhere near 'reasonable' for the cost they wanted. Love it in San Fran... and I guess everyone else does too!

Thankfully, I'm not averse to living in squalor, so long as I find a decent job.

I already live above a greasy cafe & share my bedroom wall with a massage parlour; only a crack-house would be a step down.
