An interesting movie

But about 7 min into it a current candidate for President talks about Gold and Silver being legal and the Federal Reserve being illegal. One Guess who.

Personally I think we should go back to the salt standard. At one time it was more valuable than gold and I have a hunch it it is due for a resurgence.

Call me crazy, but just trying to connect the dots here. Global warming, melting glaciers, fresh water diluting sea water...... am I right or am I right?

Which candidate is a salt standard proponent?

whatever money we have in the future it should have a hole in it, im a big fan of money with holes in it

Useless legal tender fact (well, for non-Scots)

The only legal tender in Scotland is Bank of England one Pound notes. Scottish banknotes are treated as promisory notes and accepted by convention. Coinage is not tender either.

However, the Bank of England has not issued one Pound notes for about 20 years, and there are no longer any in circulation. Ergo there is no legal tender in Scotland.

Scots Law, however, has an interesting - and possibly unique - position that one must accept payment of a debt (be it tax, supply of goods, or whatever) in any reasonable form and hence promisory notes accepted by convention are.......acceptable.

I assume that either the Holyrood or Westminster governments will sort out this legal mess at some stage. In the interim, we'll just keep using Scottish banknotes and stuff them all! We keep buying up big English banks when they go bust, so they all accept Scottish notes now anyway!!

Don't tell the US IRS nutcases.....

Considering current U.S. trends in obesity, how about donuts?
Ever heard the phrase "I'll bet you dollars to donuts..."?
Thought it was just an expression, heh?
Dollars -> Donuts is accepted in the vernacular.
Occasionally the NWO works in subtle ways.

Wow...everything makes sense now! That's why the cops are at Krispy Kreme and Dunkin' Donuts all day...

Wow...

(Or should I have kept my mouth shut about that?)
