I was looking up some stuff on Google and found overconfident's perpetual motion machine on the Steorsn forum (makers of the flop known as Orbo).
If you do a search on Google, its the first result. Here is a gif of what is supposed to happen:

I know there are limitations such as friction. But magnets are very strong, and a little friction wouldn't do much. It would slow it down and wear the device down.
Any other limitations that can prevent this from working?
