Mohammed Atta's luggage

#29? Sorry but i don't think that that's reasonable. He forgot about his last will while he was preparing his martyr death he supposedly worked for since at least five years? Why didn't he mail it to some extremist media outlet like, let's say, FOX?

But it wasn't his last will, the one in his luggage was drawn up in 1996, there is evidence that he wrote another one later, the one in his luaggage was likely one that he simply carried with him in case something happened. One might as well question why they bothered taking any luggage at all. It seems they just packed their few belongings and his 1996 was part of those belongings. Simple as that.

ETA: where do to you get the idea he'd been working on the plot for 5 years? All the evidence suggests that he became involved in late 1999, early 2000.

Why would he mail it, and, on the chance that the mission was called off at the last minute, risk spoiling everything they had worked for for years?

Simple, which is more believeable.

1. Atta, having never crashed a je airliner before, thought his suicide note might survive, so decided to write it and pack it.

2. The evil Cabal, who planted intact passports of some of the hijackers in the rubble, decided rather than do that, with a few burn marks, a few tears, to plant it like a rosetta stone, so that people like CLE could say "well that seems pecular".

TAM:)

3. Could have been other copies.

I still have my old doner card, with instructions as to what to happen on my death, not that I specifically planned on dying etc, and when on holidays, used to have a watertight id tube, that included name dob emergency contact, blood type and a statement that I was not allergic to any known medication, just in case a mountain decided to jump up and bite me again (damned pesky mountains). Just as now I carry around the box or container of any medication I might be prescribed, (last thing I wasnt is for someone to dose me incorrectly 'cause of hayfever tablets or antibiotics.)

It could be that this is a standard document he kept incase of his death (unrelated to crashing planes) occured that his wishes would be carried out,

I still have a photocopier swipe card from University in my wallet, it's now over 12 years old, I doubt it still has money on it, even if they are even using the same system, but along with my Video cards and Library card from that time period, they are all in my wallet all the time.
