Flight 175 plane speed challenged

A question not really related to the silliness in the original post.

I know the flight recorders weren't found, but is there any data that is logged remotely by the airline during the flight? If so, I'd be interested in the specifics.

The system you refer to sends out some data after takeoff for maintenance evaluation purposes. I do not believe that it at all functions as a flight recorder.

There is a datalink system, yes. It's called ACARS. It's mostly for weather reports, gate assignments, engine trend monitering, as well as other maintenance functions via another system called ACMS. There is some capability now which can actually download FDR data through ACARS but I don't know that that was possible in 2001, or if AA or UA have that option installed...

It's called FUD...If you don't have evidence to support YOUR theory, then all you have to do is cast fear, uncertainty, and doubt at the competing theory in the hopes of discrediting it. Then you can attempt to cram whatever pile of garbage du jour you happen to believe in down our throats with no evidence to wash it down.

Wow can I use this? It describes the official version perfectly.

Now do you have any factual information of the planes, the speed, or the skill needed to perform the maneuvers witness or as the air traffic controller called "Unheard of"?

"Unheard of" hmmmmm

Is like an anomaly?

Just a minor comment - Vne is the speed you should not exceed. It isn't the fastest the aircraft can go.

Stop pissing around and asking questions about things you have absolutely no idea about?

its not a game sunshine

The jets I worked on were capable of higher speeds at lower heights cause there is more oxygen. They were rubbish at higher altitude.

In a dive the AC will travel faster regardless of the power at low level

FWIW, according to the radar mode C returns, flight 175's average descent rate in its last 6 minutes was about 4,600 feet/min, at a fairly steady rate.

Dave Bottiglia says, that right at the end it descended at 10 000 ft per minute. Anyway, it descended fast.

What does FWIW mean anyway?
