Spending time at GZ with the truthers left two main impressions on me.

1) "what idiots these people are!"

2) "how great a society we in North America have!"

We've all heard the truthers ranting on endlessly about our loss of freedoms, and screaming their apocolyptic rhetoric about a fascist NWO takeover, complete with FEMA-run death camps, in a totalitarian police state that will one day span the globe.

Yet when you think about it, when it comes to police states and our freedoms, the truthers are actually the proverbial canaries in the coalmine. And by all indications our freedoms are just fine.

9/11 is one of the greatest wounds ever inflicted on America, an event that killed 3,000 people and shook the nation to its core.

While most Americans mourn the victims, truthers prefer to make vile accusations towards government employees, engineers, demoltion pros, witnesses, media, victims families, police, firefighters....accusing them of murdering their countrymen, covering it up, or lying about 3,000 deaths in order to protect their jobs. It's hard to imagine anything more insulting.

And yet nothing happens to the truthers.

No police kicking down their doors, no brutal beatings at their "rallies," no banning of their websites, no pulling Alex Jones off the air, no assassinations, no mass arrests.

Many a lesser society would have these idiots rotting in jails or in mass graves. And the truthers know it.

So I'd like to thank you, truthers - for showing everyone just how free and fortunate we are.

It takes a truely remarkable society to put up with people like you.

They have turned the anniversary into a carnival, a spectacle. Truth week!? Rock concerts and movies!?
 
Agreed 1000%.
And their stupidity does provide a a lot of laughs...there is a lot of Entertainment value in the Truth movement..the same way there is in a Ed Wood movie.

In the 30s, if these idiots were protesting in Berlin blaming NAZIs on anything, they would be gone.

We are lucky to be able to say anything we want, and in the case of 9/11 truth, to be total idiots right in front of everyone. This is the bright side of 9/11 truth, it is an example of the freedom to say stupid things.

Say hello to the stupid guys! "Hello 9/11 truth".

Goodly put, CHF. The only quibble I have is them ever being referred to as "truthers". Twoofers is much better. They don't deserve to have any part of the word "truth" associated with them. They do not know the meaning of truth.

In fact truthers have gotten so cocky with their freedoms that they believe government officials are guilty until proven innocent and want trials to prove their innocence:

What I find especially amusing is that in order for the relatively few NWO globalist elitists to acheive their goal, literally billions of people must allow it to happen by not fighting back. Uh....I don't think so. And I don't think a small group of world leaders is shortsighted enough to believe the people wouldn't fight back so that they may acheive their aim.

Well, it would be a good argument except for the fact that we're slowly rounding them up and putting them in the FEMA death camps--first Christopher Bollyn, then Korey Rowe. Anybody seen Mike Ruppert lately?

Just like the ACLU forgets the 2nd Amendment, and proponents of a strong central government ignore the 10th. Right Wingers ignore parts of the 1st. Truthers ignore the 5th. (And the 4th, because I'm sure they'd be all for letting truthers implement searches of the houses of people they feel are "in on it" for "proof") Letting troofers be in charge of an investigation would look a lot like the initial hostage taking of the Iranian embassy. Everything they look at would be held up as "proof" of something nefarious.
