I'm booking my ticket right now!!
104 seats in an obscure town in an obscure country? That's their idea of a good world premiere?
In what way is Norway "obscure" ???
Easy, if he can't point it out on a map, then it's obscure.
Since GWB is in Sydney at the moment, maybe the revolution should start here... After the footy of course.
Mate, I'm glad I'm not there at the moment. How the hell are people commuting?
Yeah no doubt, if there's one thing they hate it's a dissenting voice spoiling the festival of woo.I wonder if we have any jref members in Kristiansand? Man I wish I could attend that viewing, if only to be thrown out after 10 seconds.
So, next Saturday (sept.8) Loose Change FC will have world premiere at the "Protest Festival" in Kristiansand, Norway.
Btw, what kind of debate features only 3 guys who all believe the same? Gravy, can I pay you to fly to Norway?
LC:FC in Norway on the 8th is a "premiere". Two days later in New York it is a "test screening". Is it just me, or does Dylan seem to have things mixed up here? Seems any test screening should come before any premiere. I'm so confuzzed.
Heh, the funny thing is that they are very proud to get the film to the festival because it "will attract young people". So, fame before facts then?
Yeah no doubt, if there's one thing they hate it's a dissenting voice spoiling the festival of woo.
maybe he just plays a lot of RiskGiven that jsiv has Svalbard as part of his custom title
A little info on the populatity of this event thus far.
The last paragraph of this article states, that the Final Cut will be show in Theater 2 (104 seats), unless there is demand for more capacity, in which case it is possible it could be moved to the bigger Theater 1 (655 seats, Capacities here). That article was written on August 17, 2007.
Well, the situation today, September 6, 2007 is as follows:
Sept 8: Still located at Theater 2 (Fønix 2)
Sept 9: Still located at Theater 2 (Fønix 2)
I guess there has not been enough demand to move it to the theater with 655 seats. 104 have been enough as it is.
In the new version there has been added new and more advanced computer simulations of the planes which were hijacked on 9/11, and new sequences and fresh interviews with different professionals giving their statements regarding the terrorist attacks.
Kristiansand will play the host to the latest major motion picture about 9/11
Hah! According to the Protest Festival the film will contain much more:
There's also an article on NRK.no about the "sensation".
"Major"? I think somebody hasn't been doing their research...
