Graphic Images!

In the new grizzly promo for their week of change, We Are Change are now stating that all PROCEEDS are to go to the First Responders.

Is there anyone here with regular contacts to any of the First Responder organizations? I'd like to see a couple of burly NYPD guys checking up on them and counting the gate!

Or is the inclusion of Feal as one of the prime members of We Are Change an indication to which organization they intend to give the proceeds?

I think the word "proceeds" goes beyond Dylan's previous statement about "profits". "Proceeds", to me, means the entire gate/intake.

BTW, this video is an indication that the battle still continues. Slick and meaningless, it has a visceral impact, nevertheless. This kind of thing suckers in the rubes. (A montage of every bloody victim they could find in news clips of the past thirty years.) Very high production values. Very slick!

EDIT: CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO MAKE THE NSFW TAGS WORK?

I am sure that the estimate of 500,000 they first promised has diminished now that the GREATEST RALLY EVEEEERRRRR has been cut back to 3 days because of NWO logistics (namely no one buying tickets)

I would be tickled pink to see that actual donation vs money paid to attend.

Why on earth do they keep saying "for the victims" ? Last time I checked, they added Frank A. DeMartini to "patriots question 9/11" and Dan Wallace as an assassination target by the government. Let's not forget they have accussed several relatives of being Republican Shills or suggesting Mark Bingham's mother is lying about the phonecall from her son.

And first responders and NYFD? If they truly respected these organizations and the individuals behind them, they would perhaps interview people who were actually there instead of trying to cherry pick or lead questions. How come they haven't interviewed Daniel Nigro about WTC7? Why did Jason Bermas accuse the NYFD of being paid off?

Of course we all know the reason why and this video just portrays it even more. They care little about the event or the victims themselves. No, this is just some screwed up way to use 9/11 to catapult on what they believe is right. Instead of debating the issues like the War on Iraq or Islam extremnism, we should try to convince people 9/11 was an inside job based on non-scientific information coming out of the mouthes out of people who weren't even at Ground Zero or looked at any of the physical evidence or interviewed any eyewitnesses.

I'm so glad History Channel made fools out of these people. I'll admit, I'm surprised Jason didn't give himself a pair of braces with all the money he is making off Loose Change.

Ah! Fixed the NSFW tag. Thanks to RedWorm for the PM! (And apologies for being too lazy to go look up the FAQs myself.)

(He slinks off to go woo-googling.... evidently Ted Gunderson is showing up in a funny lawsuit about Ron Paul, but I can't track down the actual document, yet....)

Or the IRS.

I think I have a contact or two. I'll check.

If Ed Brown is involved, it is automaticly a concern for the IRS. Is he actually the secret source of their funding? Is it a money-laundering scam?

Word is, he is sitting on a whole stack of money and not paying any taxes on it. Is he ripping us all off to fund this woo-woo?

Who knows what they really have but, Ed & Elaine have their own fundraiser happening:

I wonder if We Are Change have told the 1st Responders they are giving charity based on Ed, one of their speakers, who has threatened to kill law enforcement officials?

Now how could Ed & Elaine Brown be listed as speakers? If they set foot off of their property they will be arrested and they are well aware of that. What gives?

organism is still infesting Dylan's mind

Loose change intro - http://www.loosechange911.com/index_main.html
This is where you'll find all the information you need on Loose Change, the independent documentary that has grown from a cult following to a grassroots organism that can no longer be contained.

They are still a fungus organization, with grassroots.

LC is the definitive dumb web site.

Logistics Problems?

I just picked up on their schedule.... Friday and Saturday were to be the Street Action days.

Could it be that they got no permits?

Could it be that they don't care about permits, but are afraid of getting arrested on Day 1 and spend the weekend in jail? Jack Blood and Alex Jones out on the streets on the same day? Might've created a serious backlash.

Could it be that they have foolishly been advertising this and the NYPD, as they are known to do, signed up to find out where they have to position their crowd control units?

Could it be that no one signed up except for AJ and AB?

Just what kind of logistics problems could get in your way for two days of "street action"? They just mill about and shout things through bull horns.

Oh my, I can see where all the money's going... paying others to make LC:FC look good with flashy effects.

Now that's odd. He is listed as a phone speaker on 9/11 but listed without phone on 9/10. Then again, these guys misspell Korey's name so I don't exactly believe them.

Ed & Elaine have nut-job supporters who provide them with cell phones and other supplies. I doubt most 1st responders want to be associated with this convicted felon.

Another thing is that this is a three day event. The video says five day. Hmm...they spell Korey's name wrong, they list Ed Brown twice (once without a phone), they were wrong about 75% of the artists they listed for their truthstock concert...looks to be a great event :)

They have such a small amount of people, they don't need a permit.

What I find intresting is that their indoor events on 9/9 & 9/10 are both at expensive Manhattan nightclubs. What will the teen troofers do!

Looking at my last post and a few of the others I have a question. Ignoring We Are Change and LCF, what have we done (as a group or as individuals) for the 1st responders? Anybody here want to list some charities for 1st responders.

Excellent idea! Anyone in New York or Washington who could point out legitimate organizations?

It'd be good to mention them from time to time. These forums have chipped in at various times for worthy causes, usually associated with fellow forumites, but I know we're not reluctant to give money for the right cause, and I'd certainly contribute to a legitimate fund for the Responders or their families. After the rush of collections in the first year, I haven't seen anyone other than Rodriguez and these W.A.C. guys purporting to be collecting for "the cause", and you'll excuse me if I don't believe either of them. (But I'm overseas and don't see a lot of the local news from over here.)

I guess I should add the usual disclaimer.... This would be a personal effort, not a JREF effort, as the JREF does not associate itself with causes other than any they may choose to endorse.
